Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bellmawr

I went there today before work to use my coupon for a free frozen coffee and also purchased a apple crumb donut. A woman rung me up. When I got to work and opened my bag, there was a long peice of black hair wrapped around my donut (the same hair color of the woman at the register). I immediately called the store. The same woman answered the phone and as i was explaining (very calmly) she hung up on me. I called back thinking we got disconnected. I explained to her that there is a long hair on my donut. The woman said absolutely NOTHING. Either she sat on the phone in silence or put the phone down just ignored me completely. I am DONE spending my money at foreign owned franchises. They come to the country to take our money and thats it. They have no knowledge in customer service or how to handle things properly and could care less. DO NOT GO HERE. Love their coffee. They have done a great job for sure branding their way to the top. From the famous "got to make" commercials when I was a kid till today's gotta have a dunkin, they are an icon forged from the pure American driven workforce. The most anticipated and have to have moments everyday are started at such a great place. Take a pick of hot or cold coffee with just about every twist you can add to it. Dont forget the designer drinks like the much esteemed Caramel Macchiato. The freshest doughnuts along with bagels and muffins are offered to compliment that morning pick me up. A perfect blast into your day or much needed refresher through the day. Dunkin Donuts is there to satisfy that humbling taste and weiry mind. No worries because they open early and close late. I am a Dunkin head, through and through. Visited at least 100, in several states across this country. If it isn't DD I go without coffee for the day. I was disappointed to find this in my own back yard. The parking lot was a mess, construction, trash and no real safety measures inplace. The service was luke warm at best, and staff being spoken to harshly in front of customers (not sure if it was a manger or not), the bathroom needed to be cleaned in the worst way, borderline nasty. And the coffee, this has to be addressed, was so watered down, it watered down the flavoring and creamer. There are other ways to save money DD owner. Don't mess with the product that holds up the company. And this was all before 7 a.m. please do not tarnish DD's reputation. Fix this...
