The service at this Wendy's is 10 stars!! We moved to the area in June of 2024 and due to the hassle that is a new home we have been eating out a lot. And, due to my wife having some food issues I am arguably a pain in the "A" when it comes to ordering. Every time I have been greeted with a smile, efficiency and an enthusiastic personality. Management has really not only done a great job at training the employees at customer service but also have put together a crew that should be rewarded on their own merit. Just day ago, January 13th 2025, I went in to get some food and they were understaffed. Understaffed but laughing ,keeping customers engaged and constantly working to get everybody's food out hot and fast. As a former Chef I can tell you that running a kitchen whether it's a five-star or a casual mom and pop or fast food establishment is difficult. What I saw was teamwork, dedication to the customer's needs and efficiency. 5/27 around 330 I witnessed and received Amazing service from this location. I’m not big on reviewing fast food places because the norm is everyone is miserable unless you work at chick fil a for some reason they’re always happy! Anyway there was this little petite lady who took the order for my daughter and I, I believe she was the manager. But from beginning to end she was amazing. She was conducting an interview and excused herself to make sure a customer was attended to which whoever was behind the counter was attentive as well! When we were about to go I wanted to add seltzer water to my lemonade and couldn’t find it on the machine, I went to ask and said to myself this might be what breaks the camels back but, to my surprise the same lady came around from the back and searched with me and even went a further step and showed everyone else just in case.
