Be careful of what they charge you!!!
I was there a couple of days ago and purchased a large caramel cappuccino. When it was rung up, I was charged $4.91. Without thinking, I handed them my gift card and the amount was deducted. Then I realized the amount due, per the board on the wall, was $3.31. When I pointed out the cost on the board to the cashier, she insisted she charged me the correct amount as that was what the register said. I asked for the manager. He tried to tell me it was $4.91, but when the board was pointed out, he would only give me 4 quarters back. I should have received ~$1.60. Unfortunately, I discarded the receipt.
A day later, I was recounting this experience to a friend, who went on to tell me that her order also rang up $1.30 over the amount on the board. She realized it a couple of minutes later and could not find her receipt in the trash, so she did not receive a refund. When she complained to the management, they were rude and disbelieving.
I now believe that they are making A LOT OF MONEY on overcharges and most costumers do not notice the difference...
Read moreExtremely disappointing experience at Dunkin' located on 1601 Ocean Ave, Belmar, NJ. The cleanliness both outside and inside the store leaves much to be desired. Surprisingly, during scorching summers, they don't offer air conditioning, making the environment quite uncomfortable. Even the outdoor seating lacks umbrellas, which seems like they discourage patrons from enjoying their coffee outdoors.
What's worse, the owner's behavior towards customers who choose to sit outside is simply rude. Additionally, their practice of selling day-old donuts in the morning rather than fresh ones is a letdown.
Inside, the bathroom facilities are consistently out of service for customers, and the overall hygiene of the place is questionable.
Perhaps the most concerning aspect is their dishonesty about coffee. If they can't be bothered to brew decaf, they serve something akin to "Viagra coffee," which is both misleading and unprofessional.

Read moreThey were originally taking orders inside than they moved customers outside to the “mobile pickup” then back inside. Then, it got extremely busy inside and the one of the workers (male, tan, with dark hair and bread, wears glasses) locked customers inside the building to prevent more customers from entering which by the way is illegal (if a fire broke out people would not be able to leave the store). I order a iced coffee regular cream and sugar and one pump of mocha. The guy made my drink and didnt even bother to even try to mix my drink. I then went to the lady up and asked if she was able to mix it. She looked at me like I had 3 heads. She snatched the drink out of my hand and then had an attitude with me. I also asked for just a cup of water and they tried to charge me 1.31 for it....Terrible customer service by both workers and I do not recommend ever going here. Find another place to...
