I very rarely review, but when I see something exceptionally egregious I have to say something. This place is HORRIBLE. The latte was nothing special, but the service was terrible. While a blond, middle-aged woman was making my drink (10:30am on Monday Dec. 18), she was stopping to talk with 3 other patrons having coffee and bashing liberals and minorities (They were all white). She was agreeing with them and bashing liberals as well. I am a liberal. When I see customers talking about it that is fine they have every right I just ignore it. However, when I enter an establishment I don't expect the workers to take a side while they are in the middle of fixing an order for somebody! While she is fixing my order she spews hate out of her mouth. I will be telling my friends, family, and non-profit organizations I am a part of to not order or buy anything from this company unless you like racist and hateful drinks! The owner needs to hire better people. (BTW this establishment is located inside...
Read moreSaw all the good reviews, had to try it. Will not recommed for coffee afficionados. Here is why: Came late on a Saturday ~10am. Waited 15mins, no problem, expeciting great coffee. Wanted to try their special coconut latte is made with a cheap syrup, did not get it. So she recommended to order the Coconut toasted coffee brew, I asked if I could have it with no ice & more milk and if possible warm frothed (since i orginally wanted a latte) she said of course. The barista poured the brew almost all the way to the top, added cold milk straight from the bottle until it spilled, rushed for the lid and gave me this messy cup. This was $8 w/o tips! I trusted the reviews so I submitted to this price. It tasted so cheap, the milk cheapest brand, the coffee bitter, coconut roast barely there, ugh. A waste of money and time, no high...
Read moreFirst time visiting and will not be the last. They are located by the playa bowls store (if you are there you need to try for sure). It’s like watching a bartender making coffee (it’s truly amazing). I am not a big fan of coffee (I know, weirdo) but I had the coconut dream and it was the best iced coffee I ever had, I was so happy that I wanted to order another one before leaving the beach but they were already close by the time I got back :/ My husband had the açaí Nutella one and it was funny to fight about which one was the best (fortunately we both liked the ones we picked the best). I will be coming here again and again and again... every time I am nearby, friendly staffs and a cute place...
