I am so mad right now. We ordered through Uber eats (knowing that I could get food gluten free) I got chicken parm. Last time I got it the chicken was not breaded and today it came separate from my pasta covered in breading. When I called the restaurant the first thing they say on their message is touting their gluten free menu. When the girl answered she told me there was no way to contact a customer through Uber eats that they can’t make chicken gluten free. (when I have been contacted by a few restaurants about orders in the past). I can’t send y’all here because the prices don’t match the taste or the ingredients. I don’t mind paying for great food this isn’t even good it’s just edible . They get 3 stars for seemingly being clean and speed . The chicken is neglected like y’all couldn’t grill it ! Put some grill marks add some flavor ?!! What are y’all charging for ? Restaurant: Fiorella
Fiorella is a restaurant where the food is always very good, the ambiance is pleasant, and the service is excellent. However, I have one consistent complaint: no matter how I order online, whether for delivery or pick-up, they never include utensils in my order.
Even if I specifically request utensils in my online order, it seems they always forget—or perhaps it's intentional. Additionally, when at the restaurant, utensils are not readily available to customers. You have to go and ask the staff for disposable utensils.
Overall, while I greatly enjoy the food and atmosphere at Fiorella, the lack of attention to this detail is frustrating and detracts from an otherwise excellent...
