Hardee’s — Restaurant in Belmont

REALLY REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE.... THEY HAVE A SUPER BACON BISCUIT ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR BOGO AND I ORDERED ONLINE TO GET IT AND I GET THERE THEY ONLY HAVE HALF MY ORDER AND I HAD TO WAIT 30 MINS TO GET THE REST!!!!! THE MANAGER SAID THERE WAS NO BOGO ON THE SUPER BACON BISCUIT AND I SHOWED HER AND SHE STILL WENT THRU MY PHONE ON THE HARDEE'S APP AS OF I WAS LYING.... WELL SOME BLACK GIRL WAS RUDE AND TOLD ME I'M ONLY GETTING WHAT WAS ORDERED ON THE SCREEN FROM ONLINE AND NOTHING MORE AND THAT'S WHEN I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER WHO DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT THEIR DEAL ON THE APP!!!!! THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE RESTAURANT BUT ME AT THE TIME AND 2 PPL IN DRIVE THRU.... WELL A FEW PPL CAME IN AND THE ROOM THEIR ORDERS AND HANDLED THEM FINE EXCEPT AN ELDERLY MAN BEHIND ME THAT WAS JUST WAITING ON A SIMPLE EGG AND CHEESE BISCUIT!!!!!! ME AND HIM STOOD THERE AND TAKES FOR 15 MINS UNTIL I ADDRESSED THAT EITHER THEY NEED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR GIVE ME MY FOOD!!!!!! FINALLY ABOUT 10 MINS LATER MY FOOD CAME UP AND HIS FOOD TOO... THEY HAD 1 COOK(WHICH WAS THE MANAGER) AND 4 MAYBE 5 PPL IN THE FRONT STANDING AROUND TALKING ABOUT MY ORDER... I TOLD THEM I PAID FOR THE FOOD IT'S NOT LIKE I'M TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FREE OR STEAL SOMETHING!!!! EITHER GIVE ME MY FOOD OR MY MONEY BACK AND IT WAS JUST A COMPLETE MESS UP THERE!!!!! THEY NEED TO GET WITH THE PROGRAM AND GET THE RUDE PPL OUT OF THERE BC THE MANAGER AND ANOTHER WORKER WERE PISSED OFF AT ME BC I WAS RIGHT!!!!! I DIDN'T SHOW OUT, I DIDN'T ACT LIKE AN IDIOT, I DIDN'T CUSS THEM I ACTED LIKE A NORMAL HUMAN BEING AND GOT TREATED LIKE I WAS A THIEF AND PUT WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY ON THE BACK BURNER BC I WAS RIGHT AND THEY WERE WRONG AND I HAD TO WAIT ALL THAT TIME FOR THE REST OF MY FOOD.... 30 MINS AFTER I ORDERED IT THRU THE APP TO NOT HAVE...

Went through drive through this morning. I say I want a chicken biscuit with white milk. As well please don't split the biscuit. Associate, ask anything else for your order. I said, "Can I get ketchup and 1 pack of honey.

I also want to say I waited for over 5 minutes to be addressed at the speaker.

The associate told me my total is like $10.xx. To me, I'm like, that's high when the menu price was $7.49.

I'm waiting because there are 2 cars ahead, and I do my food dance because I've started really enjoying the food options I've tried at Hardee's restaurants as of late.

It's my turn, and i ask the associate why it is so much. It's stated i put everything separately because you didn't want the biscuit split.

My brain 🧠 really went "WHY"! Like why when I indicated I wanted a combo. They get assistance from what seemed like a manager. They get it to $8.xx. I state i have a coupon to use. They scan it, and nothing comes off. I ask again why? They repeat again. I keyed it separately and..

I said NEVERMIND! and drove off. Horrible time wasted.

I know of a biscuit place that doesn't split biscuits. Don't charge the customer separately to do so. AND takes coupons. It BOJANGLES!!

Went to the drive through last night and tue person running drive through was extremely rude. The was no friendly greating when I pulled up to the box box to place my order no inwasnt greater, the cashier never repeated my order back to me. Then when I drove up to the window I saw her making the wrong drink and i wasnt greated and was just told my total. I informed her that I ordered a sprite with no ice and she backed talked me and said that first I orderd a Dr. Peper and than chanhed it to a tea to which I never did and when she fixed my drinki found out when I got home That she still made it wrong after I told her right there at the window. Then she snaches my card from me and after gettong it back tells me to pull forward because they are cooking my onion rings. The pulling forward dosent bother me but when they brought me me my food they just shove thier hand into my car and walked away with out saying anything. Apperntly they don't want customers, and thats fine. There is a McDonald's and a bo jengals right up from them and two lights away os even more selections and also a sub station right behind.
