Before 8:30PM, I placed my order through the automated drive-thru system, which I feel has already diminished the quality of service. My order included:
• A grilled chicken sandwich w/ fries • A 3pc Supremes combo, Bo-sized with mac and cheese, green beans, and an Arnold Palmer • A 5pc Supremes combo, Bo-sized with mac and cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy, and a tea When my order appeared on the screen, the drinks and sides were not present. At the window, I asked the cashier (a young African American girl with braids) to confirm the order, which she did. A coworker (a young African American male with dreads or braids) interrupted to inform her that the green beans and many other fixings had already been thrown out. I requested mashed potatoes instead, and the cashier attempted to adjust the order but struggled, while the male coworker ignored her and began packing the food. As they packed the food, they were “goofing off” and cursing. When they handed me my order, it was incomplete. I notified the cashier that the 3pc combo was missing, which they eventually packed. However, upon checking the bags again, I noticed I was still missing an order of mac and mashed potatoes. When I informed the cashier, she looked to her coworker, who casually stated that all the mashed potatoes had already been thrown out. I asked for fries as a substitute but instead was met with the manager (Caucasian woman with blonde hair in a bun and blue eyes). The manager approached me with a visibly aggressive and dismissive attitude. I explained the situation, but she insisted that my receipt matched what was on the screen before I even finished speaking. When I showed her my receipt, which accurately reflected my original order, she reluctantly gave me one missing item but told me that was all I would get and dismissed me with, “Have a good night.” To make matters worse, I didn’t receive the rest of my order, the hot sauce or jelly I requested, or even straws for the drinks. This is the second time I’ve visited this location only to find food thrown away hours before closing (listed as 10 PM on the website). Read moreI really wish that I could leave zero stars but that is not an option for Google. I have never had even a remotely tolerable experience at this location. Shame on me for giving them so many chances because my children love Bojangles but my recent visit will be my last at any Bojangles ever. This place is an absolute dumpster fire and it is evident that the company doesn’t care because it gets progressively worse. They shouldn’t have wasted the money remodeling this building, they should have burned it to the ground and collected the insurance money. I have never been to this location that they weren’t out of something. My last visit they were out of macaroni and Pepsi. They only care about the drive thru customers but it still takes forever to get through the line. I thought it might be better ordering through the app so I tried that a couple of times. Every time, the app would say my order was ready and then I would arrive and it not even be started yet. I would then wait another 15-20 minutes for them to tell which parts of my order they were out of to see what they could substitute. 30 minutes after the app said my order was ready, I would leave with half of what I originally wanted. The lobby and areas of the kitchen that you can see are always filthy. Everyone working there is complaining about how much they hate it there, managers included. It is unbelievable the lack of care that it takes to be this bad on a consistent basis. SLOW....SLOW...SLOW!!! For fast food, drive-thru needs work!! My wait time, in morning, has been no less than 22mins and thats a litl much!! And make sure U chk ur order bc its going to be wrong at least once a week!!
Dec 2, 2017..... Wouldn't let me leave a NEW message. So, I tagged on to this one. I just spent 19 mins in drive thru! Everybody had same idea this morning!!! But I hope that everybody got what they ordered bc I didn't!!
This type of service happens once to twice a week. Sad that U have to get used to. I really bleve that they need one person at the drive thru that chks orders to make sure they're right! That's all they need to do. I order one thing and get another! Very frustrating when I repeat myself while ordering just to make sure I get what I've ordered!! And then I ask when I get to window. All is supposed to be right. Its not!! And I find that out when I get to wrk that its not!! I know it seems litl off to be complaining about egg left off of a biscuit but that's what I ordered, paid for and expected and did NOT get! My receipt states Ham&Egg, the wrapper reads Ham. I'm sure people can read, they just don't take time too! And I'm the one ....I'm the customer... that gets ripped off!
So I guess I'll have to call ONE MORE TIME and repeat myself again, only for it to happen all over again next week!!!! Something has to change at this location!! Food is really good but the service, well that seems to be lacking in TOO...
