Me and my fiance ordered some pizza tonight. Unfortunately his phone died before the pizza was on its way to our dormitory. As we were watching the pizza tracker, we noticed that our delivery boy had pulled up to our college, and after only a few minutes standing completely still, just turned the car around and completely left off the map. My fiance ran down to his car to grab a charger, now needing to call the store. When he gets a hold of them they state that because he didn't pick up his phone upon being called once and only once, the delivery boy literally turned right around and went back to the store. Now, you also have to remember that we were watching the location tracker at this time. Our delivery boy never even attempted to drive to our dormitory, meaning that because my fiance didn't answer one call, the delivery boy completely gave up on our order (not attempting to just drive to our dormitory complex) and turned right around at the entrance of the college. When my fiance speaks to the person on the phone about it, who allegedly was the manager, all the man has to say to him is "well we can send you the pizza out again... assuming you'll be there to pick it up," in quite a rude tone, with the rest of the conversation beforehand insinuating that it in fact was entirely my fiance's fault that the delivery boy did not fully attempt driving to our dormitory (even though our specific address had been given to them at the very beginning of our order, and is so simple it should not have needed further assistance). To summarize everything, while the pizza is just fine and tastes just like any classic Papa John's, the customer service at this particular establishment is simply unprofessional and rude. And because Papa John's is a chain, I would seriously recommend others to either find a different Papa John's even if it may be just a little farther away, go to a different chain you are comfortable with, or simply buy your pizza at your...

Taking my business to PizzaHut from now on. No, actually taking it anywhere else that can actually deliver when promised. Thank you Papa John of Belmont of Wilkinsons Blvd for being a location that is terrible.
Honestly, one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I set my order at 4:50ish, didn’t get my pizza till 6:45. When I did finally get it the pizza was cold and had so few of the toppings I wanted (payed more money for) that they should’ve just charged me for a cheese pizza. How can a pizza take nearly two hours when the store is less then 4 miles away, a 10 minute drive. The fact that I had my delivery ETA change twice during the time I waited even though it said throughout that the pizza was being made kinda leads me to believe someone set my cold pizza down and forgot about it. Poor pizza with its three total topping forgotten, what a shame.
This above doesn’t even include my experience with the delivery man. He handed me the receipt to sign, I returned the signed receipt to him, got my pizza, then he walked away. I would’ve at least liked to hear an excuse of why they took so long, would’ve made it a little better cause at least I could laugh at the crappiness of their reasoning.
Want pizza delivered from here? You typically like a lot of toppings? You like your food hot still? You want it when you want it? -Find a new Papa John’s or go to some other place. -Taking my business to PizzaHut...
Read moreWorth the read protect your family I ordered 3 boxes of cheese crust cheese pizza for my kids July 2022. My pizza arrived at a decent time. The first box my kids ate was not pretty at all it had more crust than pizza. My kids still ate it because we don’t eat out often. I decide to eat a slice of pizza out of the second box. The dough was extremely flat and stuck to the box. I look past it and eat 1 slice. I wake up with either food poisoning or the stomach flu. I threw the rest of the pizza in the garbage. I reached out to the manager Sherry G or Sheryl G. She informed me that everything comes frozen and the only thing that comes fresh is the dough. I explained to her that I’m pretty sure it was the dough. She also informed me that she just became GM for the store the day prior. She said that there are something’s that needs to be changed and that a quality check should have been made so this kind of thing does not happen. She took my information and said she would pass it on to the store owner and I would receive a call within 48 hours or she would call me herself. It has now been 96 hours and no call from anyone. Not even an offer to refund me for the terrible customer service or bacteria filled pizza that caused me pain a suffering. Now my whole household who made it through C-19 with no sickness is sick with respiratory infections. Do I think it’s connected yes I do. Are employees washing their hands? Are employees properly...
