McDonald's — Restaurant in Beloit

I work a few blocks from here so sometimes its the easier and fastest way to go for lunch. They are normally pretty short and rude. Ive worked in customer service for years and get its stressful (especially during meal times), but there's no reason to be rude when the customer is being nothing but nice. Yesterday when I ordered my "large fry" was filled like a medium fry. The food tasted old and not very warm. Plus there was a hair fried into one of the French fries. I didnt complain because it happens ive worked places where people found hair in the food. I tried to not think about it and forget it. Today I decided to go again because I was very hungry and its the closest. Well again they were rude and short with me. The "medium fries" were half full. I also order a medium chocolate shake no whip. She handed to me and there was shamrock at the bottom. The person I was getting it for would not have liked to taste that. So I asked if I could possibly get a different one. She said they use the same machine and that's why there was shamrock in there. I understand that but that has never been a issue before when we've purchased shakes, and the person getting it doesn't like mint. Places I've worked would simply get a cup make sure the other flavor was out before getting a different flavor for the guest. She made me feel like I just asked her for a kidney or sometimng. This McDonald’s is occasionally good, mainly during the day. That seems to be when the staff with a vested interest in store performance work. At dinner hours and later the staff have a much more carefree obnoxious attitude. It’s common nature to be insulted and told you have no idea what you are ordering even though it’s right on the menu board. Staff on and off duty regularly are playing/horsing around with no reguard to customer service. Tonight I ordered and the price that rang up was different than what was posted. First I was told that was the price with tax. I asked to speak with a manager and was greeted by one of the rudest human beings ever. He told me the price went up and he didn’t care what was posted. He said he couldn’t change the price and wouldn’t even if he could. He informed me that he could care less whether I got my food for the “new” price or left. I was very insulted and made to feel like the misrepresentation was somehow an ignorance on my part. I came through drive thru with my granddaughter a couple nights ago and she ordered the Chicken Big Mac meal. The chicken was so hard and it wasn’t even lukewarm, so she only ate part of it. I decided I’d try it again. After sitting in drive thru for about 20 minutes, I thought maybe my food would at least be hot. It was not. My fries were stale tasting and only warm, and my sandwich was cold. The chicken for the Chicken Big Mac was so horrible. It, again, was so hard and just so unappetizing. I wanted to take it back but I didn’t feel like waiting in line all over again so this was a waste of my money. This McDonalds is honestly the very worst one I have ever been to. The food is always cold. Because the food is always cold I always have to ask them to make it fresh. The last time I came here I ordered fresh chicken nuggets. They were warm but they were like rubber and hard so definitely they had been heated up instead of made fresh.
