Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Beloit

Wow. That’s all I’ll say, just wow. Very very consistent place, I come almost every week. I was so happy when they opened here. I’m a transplant from Southern IL and the closest location for the longest time was about an hour away in Marion. I went very often but have missed them tremendously since moving to Dixon in 2016. While the Janesville location was nice, it was just a bit too far away; it’s great to finally have them within about an hour away once again! I pretty much go every week and have never had a problem; staff is incredible, drinks are even better. Everything is so fresh! I’m not sure if another coffee chain across town pays people to leave bad reviews, but most of these low ratings sound like they were written by haters who have never actually gone. Especially the stuff about stolen credit cards; how has that never happened to me as a near-weekly visitor? I’ve probably gone 15 times this year alone! Haters gonna hate I suppose. Keep doing what you’re doing Scooter’s Beloit, you have lots of dedicated fans up here and I hope you guys...

Our friends told us of this place and we are new customers, we've been there about a dozen times ordering the same things since our first day, which I must say was such a pleasurable experience, the young gentleman helped to figure out the exact 💯 perfect orders. Now, since the first visit, there has ALWAYS been an issue with the blonde haired middle aged, manager. She is condescending and gives back the wrong change, and well, this last visit drinks were made incorrectly, and she fought about it. We are good Christian people and always treat others with respect. We are kind and caring, and usually there are no problems. We could not consume what was made and gave them back, not expecting money's back in return. She was mad and told us to circle around, and she brought out the same drinks in the same cups, saying, " Now you've got a freebie today!" What, wait, excuse me is what I thought to myself as I said, have a good day...

My new FAV, will drive from Rockford to Beloit, WI just to go here. The gal last night and young she was, was as polite as any person I have ever seen. She was bubbly, she was soft spoken, very kind to say the least. This was right before closing on Good Friday evening. Do not know her name, our very first time there, and NEVER treated this well. She SO DESERVES a raise and to management. Outstanding here. AND the Cake Bites are TO DIE FOR, OMG, so delicious, the caramelicious cake bite is the VERY BEST, you have to try!!!
