A good way to lose a lifetime guest to your business.
Guest service 101:
Manager need not correct guest on phone call. Your tone of voice says it all, says you don't feel like taking an order let alone prepare order. If a guest is unsure if you have a product no need to try being funny making guest feel foolish for asking and no need to be disrespectful and condescending on the phone. When guest comes to pick up order, no need to take your manager title to the next level and try showboat authority when guest questions why they were treated in the manner they were. When guest and their family routinely frequent your establishment, it is quite sad that one employee (manager) brings the experience to the point that. We. Will. Not. Be. Back. A guest will think twice about coming back if manager attitude is poor, manager attempts to argue with guest, and if guest isn't thanked for their business.
So in all, service is key. My opinion may not matter with the volume of business your store produces, may be overlooked or cast aside, yet if I've taken the time to write an opinion I hope that something will change for others. And most of all, I hope the manager's behavior is addressed.

Read moreHave been coming here often since I was very little now I live out of town and do miss the fabulous taste of the pizza but tend to have a better experience with service at Keith's Pizza on the south side of town. The past few times at the north store the service has been very very poor. The last time we were told that they only had taco pizza and they did not have a taco grande pizza on the menu, it was only offered as an appetizer. They stated this after it specified on the menu that this pizza was still offered. After specifically asking for sides such as salsa and sour cream they were never received. Also the time before this we arrived at 9:30 pm to pick up our pizza the entire staff was waiting at the door and stated that any later and they would of shut the door. It made me feel awful for ordering. If it was to late to get pizza I wish they would of stated this before making me belittled as I walked through the door. I have had much better luck with ordering at the south side you get what is on the menu and they seem to be...
Read moreThis pizza was not good. I ordered the chicken Alfredo. The chicken was really dry & it didn't have enough spinach or sauce to actually taste it.
The whole pizza was really dry, which is kind of silly for food that is characteristically greasy.
The crust is strangely similar to Dave's Pizza down the street, except Keith's has an imitation popcorn butter kind of taste. It was nice and crispy, although it was missing that brick oven toasted taste.
The reasons I tried Keith's is because Dave's wasn't open yet today and because I didn't feel like smelling that disgusting moldy carpet stench that plagues Dave's Pizza.
I'm not in Bemidji often so I regret that I didn't go back to Dave's, though. Even the carpet funk wont keep me away. Although I'm worried that I'm going to taste the mold in the pizza one day.
That's going to suck.
Never...
