I absolutely enjoy Canes! But coming to this location and giving it multiple chances on getting it right has really been disappointing. Although I live in the area, I drive to another location because it’s been 3x they didn’t make my order right. One at which was for a party I hosted.
First time my order was messed up, I ordered a Box Combo with a sweet tea. The order was handed to me and by the time I got home and tasted the tea, it was unsweetened tea. Didn’t bother driving back.
Second time was for the party I was attending. I ordered the 50 Finger Tailgate with 5 orders of fries. As I unload the bags at the party, there were no fries!!!! Having to be far away from the restaurant I decided to fill out the survey online but never heard back.
Third time was just for myself. A basic box combo with a sweet tea and no coleslaw but extra fries. As I get home again, my drink ended up being unsweetened and then there was coleslaw with so little fries.
Not sure what is going on with this location, but I do not recommend...

The manager refused to take my order and I was forced to place my order while standing outside. I will not eat here again. The "owner" replied to my post (below), and asked that I contact Raising Cane's via phone or a customer contact form. I chose the latter and received the canned response "We will share your feedback with the Restaurant Leadership, so they can follow up, and take the necessary, corrective action." They also requested that I provide my phone number (which I declined), even though they have my email address. I'll continue to update this review as more information is available. Follow-up: no contact from the restaurant, or anyone else purporting to represent this restaurant chain. Read moreNot happy at all. Went through drive thru on my lunch break, got all the way back to work to realize everything I ordered was not in my bag. Had to drive back and just asked for a refund seeing as I used up my break with all the driving back and forth and could not wait to have my food remade. The manager rang up my refund only to then inform me he would not do it because I paid in cash. All I wanted was my money back for all the time and trouble spent on trying to eat on my break. I was given a piece of receipt paper with a code on it for a free whatever on it which who knows if I'll ever even use it because I may not return.
