Definitely not gourmet, but fast Chinese food thatās usually quick but frequently incorrect, so always check your to-go bag for mistakes. They also like to say they have something available, charge you full price, send you on your way with a receipt that verifies their mistake, then deny it when you go back to have them correct your order. They wonāt give cash refunds⦠EVEN when itās their error, so plan to write your name down and come back to redeem you āitemā in replacement food at a later date⦠VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! When you charge a customer for a large, but only have enough to fill a medium and are too lazy to make more, and inconvenience the customer by making them come back when they catch your mistake, REFUND THE ORDER! Itās not rocket science! How inconsiderate to your customers!
We donāt go here often because the calorie count is horrendous, but as a Vegetarian, I do recommend the Super Greens and Veggie Spring Rolls. The restaurant has closed 20-30 minutes earlier than the listed time on the doors more times than I can count. They also wonāt make fresh spring rolls of its 30 min before closing time because they canāt be inconvenienced or bothered.
