Ashley's Cafe-Pinebrook — Restaurant in Bend

I walked in tonight and I was told I had 8 minutes.... 2 minutes later I was told I needed to come cash my ticket.... I said I just walked in and you told me I had 8 minutes I would have never put my money in a machine if you told me I had 2 minutes... She forcefully shut down the machines when I was on Ocean magic, with multiple bubbles coming up (like five) on Max bet!!! She pretty much stole at least I'm sure based on past experiences $300 from me by doing this... I am completely so pissed off!!! Such bullshit!!! What a horrible employee and horrible way to treat valued customers, and a horrible way to show great business practice!! She said it was all somebody else's fault because they didn't show up tonight for their shift.. In my past employee experience I have worked an extra long shift to make sure the business succeeded.... In my opinion this is not an employee that you want in your life... I am a religious customer!! She told me I was no longer allowed to go there because of tonight! The business hours literally said they were open way longer and she did not go with her word on what she said!!!

Closed again...

The staff are friendly and they continuously offer a beverage while you play video poker. At times they even approach you offering to cash a ticket out immediately after...
