Bend Factory Outlet Stores — Local services in Bend

After shopping for 30 minutes and finding the shoes I wanted to purchase for 129.00, I asked for a half size larger. I was told I'll check, he checked and he said you can't buy them though. We are doing inventory, you can come back tomorrow and buy them. I said are you kidding me, he again stated no, nothing leaves that back room. He said to come back tomorrow, I said no. I'm not coming back. I'll just order them on line I can't believe that. His response was 'whatever'. I checked up front with another salesperson, told her what transpired, she confirmed no, you can't buy them today, but you can come back tomorrow. I am speechless.......very poor...

I went to the Pendleton store and the Columbia store. The Pendleton store had 50% off most items in the store. I got a flannel shirt, bandanas, and a blanket. The Pendleton store stock was well maintained and had a good selection of items. The Columbia store had some good deals on some select items, mainly winter items. The Columbia store while well stocked had a limited selection of designs. Most hiking shirts were one solid color, and their hiking pants selection was limited on sizes. It would be nice if the Columbia store had some flannel patterned...

No reason to visit this place there's hardly any stores to shop at and when you get used to a store being there you go back 6 months later and it's closed up and moved. Now there's a gym out there? I thought it was a place to shop!? Wondering why the bend factory outlet stores has been such a big failure? Maybe people from other states shop there so they can avoid sales tax but the locals don't bother. That parking lot takes up so much space, it could have been utilized for...
