Bend South store. Normally, I would say they are a solid 4. However, the last few months, they have been grossly delayed in their service. Food quality has definitely dropped recently.
Ordered food on the app at 5:30, and it said pickup time was 5:50. I arrived, and they were busy, and everyone was working hard. However, I sat there for an additional 30 minutes waiting for an online order. Meanwhile, more than 20 people went through the line and out the door first. Then I get home, and my plate wasn't even half full, barely any noodles, and my Kung pao was literally a table spoon of just peanuts and a couple pieces of peppers, no chicken. The wait was one thing. The plate was another. If you're going to make someone wait, then at least make it correctly, and if not, then at least be fast. Neither was performed well. Read moreTonight, April 5th, I decided to get takeout on the way home so used the mobile app to order a family meal. It was 7:15pm when I placed the order and it said it would be ready by 7:45pm. I tried to kill some time, but I still ended up at the restaurant 20 minutes early. As I walked into the lobby I noticed two black shirts in a sea of red shirts behind the counter. I could tell by the way they were moving with a sense of calm urgency that they were in charge of this place. It was pretty busy. There was a decent line in both the indoor lobby and the drive thru. I took out my phone and sat down, preparing to find a way to entertain myself for awhile. To my surprise, my name was called before I could even open my phone. There was the female manager in the black shirt, handing me my meal.

I don't think we've ever spent less than 20 minutes in the drive thru. 35 minutes one time and there was only three cars ahead of us. And you absolutely MUST check your order before you leave because it will most likely be wrong. Tonight, we specifically asked if the egg roll was in the bag and she said yes, shoved the food through the window (with the container sideways) and shut the window. Guess what? No egg roll. Also didn't give us our drink. We spent another several minutes sitting there honking before someone finally came back to the window.
