I had the pleasure of meeting Danny in the first month he bought Royal Nails and his customer service was impeccable. I’ve been to plenty of other nail salons in Bend in the 11 years I’ve lived here and none of them came close to how well he treated me and my boyfriend. He’s professional, he’s clean, he’s organized, he’s super personable, got a great sense of humor, very gentle, and his years of experience will show in the final product of whatever you get. During my visit the company phone never rang for longer than like 5 seconds before someone picked up, they’re very responsive so booking my next appt should be really easy! wink wink Danny is great at starting conversation bringing up topics like what you do for work, are you a local, how long have you been dating your partner, etc etc. He makes the entire experience very enjoyable.

I got a full set of acrylic nails (turquoise and cow print because yes) and they turned out so pretty, exactly what I asked for and while doing the spots on the cow print nails he even offered to let my boyfriend try out the technique he was doing so he was involved too! Men! Going to the salon will be so much more fun when her artist lets you paint on her nails too haha!

Overall, the location is super clean with a pretty atmosphere and kind staff. I had a really nice manicure while my boyfriend got to enjoy a pedicure, it won’t be long before we’re back so please don’t ask for Danny cause I’m gonna book him every time!

UPDATE: I went again and this time I went to a different nail tech,. 10/10 I absolutely love nails. She was super precise and perfected everything. (Pink cheetah print ) absolutely love this place! Will forever be going here💕

If you are a person looking for a salon that can do intricate nails and different designs this is the one! I had been searching for a nice nail salon to go to for a while and I think I found the one. I asked about the skill range and they can do just about anything ! I’ve been having a hard time finding a place that can do anything cool besides basic colors. So excited, I found this place. They have amazing options with the gels and chrome pigments, leaving you open to a variety of designs you can do. They were super accommodating especially since we made the appointment an hour prior ! Everyone was super friendly and a lot of them seemed interested in trying out new designs. I always get scared going to nail salons as I am a nail biter and I have very short nails I like to keep my acrylic short and a lot of times that come out looking stubby. This place sure did a great job. The only reason I’m not giving not giving this place five stars is because I felt like my nails were a little rushed. They look so so amazing but close-up. Some lines are uneven and my thumb nails were different sizes though truly I don’t mind that much because no one will be examining my nails like that except me. They were incredibly fast honestly probably took less than an hour! All in all this will be my go to nail place from now on! I’m super exited to try out new designs with these...

Will not be coming here again. I had an uncomfortable, frustrating, and overall poor experience here. My friend and I came together for manicures and from the beginning they made it very clear that they thought it was weird that he was getting his nails done. When we first sat down, the male nail tech made us switch seats so he could do my nails (I’m a female). Then they kept assuming my friend didn’t want polish or wanted clear polish as he kept telling them he wanted color and a small design. My nail tech made two of my nails bleed and sprayed them with alcohol. One of the other women working there came and stood behind my friend’s technician and pointed at him and laughed and proceeded to talk to the other techs, although I couldn’t understand what they were saying. I asked for a simple sun design on one of my nails, and so my friend’s nail tech came to do mine after she was done with his. Then, just a few minutes after starting, another woman came and rudely kicked her out of the chair and started working on my nail design. She was rushing through it and was rude, and she was about to put the top coat on like she was finished; however, I looked at it and it was awful. It looked like a 3 year old drew it and was not even or fully colored. I’m not someone to say I don’t like something and will usually take what I get, but it was AWFUL.
