Walked in want the line was long but only about 35% of seating was filled, took about 10 min to order. First thing guy taking orders said was "Thanks for waiting" Got black pepper sausage and gorgonzola bacon fries. Wanted the sour but they just ran out (very disappointing as i wasn't going to get a drink but love sours)... Got water and started writing this review. Guy brought me chimi churi with bread which I didn't order not sure if that was a mistake or because the wait was long, either way it was appreciated and delicious. Food took about 10 min for fries and 17 for the sausage...a little long IMO. The fries were good great balance of blue cheese, bacon and onion i think adding some green onions would really add to the dish. My first though was the fries weren't crispy enough but i was pleasantly surprised when i started eating then but maybe could have been a little crossed since i like then just short of burnt. The sausage was really good as well, bun was just sit perfectly toasted. The meal was really rich, added yellow mustard to cut richness of sausage which probably only seems rich because the fries were extremely rich, this might not have been an issue but i was alone and are the small a lot of fries. Id suggest a micro portion because the small is easily enough for 2 people. Staff was extremely attentive. Whole meal was 12 dollars for sausage and frites which is a lot for one person's dinner $3 dollar micro order of the fries would have kept my meal under 10 bucks, that and half the wait would have warrented a 5 star review.

5 Stars is not enough!! This is a MUST VISIT if you are in Bend!! Best overall dining experience of our entire vacation because the service was over the top!! The lady working the register had such a great personality and emitted such good vibes we felt welcome just walking in. She could tell we were newbies and explained everything to us, including the great weekday Happy Hour deals ($3.50 drafts, $1 off sausages, $2 off M/L specialty fries, and more). She even gave me a beer taster of one of the local craft beers on tap! You order at the counter, then they bring the food to you as it comes up. The kitchen is open so you can see the people making your food and how clean they keep everything. There is an inside seating area with tvs (soccer was on, another plus!) and an outdoor patio area with a warming fire. The whole time you are eating employees are walking around making sure you don't need anything and quick to take your empty trays. They even asked us if we wanted blankets because the sun was setting and the temperature was dropping. They made us feel like VIPs in a club!! The prices were so affordable, I ordered more food than we could finish, but it still tasted great warmed up later. We had a chicken apple sausage with sauerkraut, bacon Gorgonzola fries, chili cheese fries, and a couple local beers. Everything tasted fresh and made with quality ingredients. Would have loved to try some of the wild game sausages, but just didn't have enough room. We'll be back next time we're in Bend, maybe for every meal!!

I'm still sitting here having just eaten my first brat embarrassingly quickly. Needless to say, it was phenomenal. The brat, the service, all the sauces and add-ons, it's all phenomenal. And with friendly, personal service to boot. One of the friends with me can't have dairy, so they sautéd her a special small serving of sweet peppers in olive oil instead of their usual butter. And that was their offer, all she did was mention she can't have dairy and they asked what she had been hoping to order and made it work for her. We collectively had three different brats (hickory wild boar, elk/pork, and hickory Cajun) all of which were perfectly flavored, six different toppings (all great, but I especially recommend the sauerkraut and pepperoncinis), and three sauces (again, yum!). We also split a "small" serving of chili cheese fries, and even with three of us, had some leftover while we looked on stuffed. My friend's side salad was even pretty fantastic. They've got a solid selection of different draft brews, plus fountain sodas and selection of bottled and canned drinks. The seating isn't made for long visits, with picnic benches or high top (but backed) stools. But the environment suits. And they have a little patio, closed in now, but probably great in the summer. They've got good music playing at a nice volume for conversation, and some sports options on the TVs. All in all, this place is a 10/10 would recommend to your meat eating, beer drinking friends. I know we'll be back. A lot.

Hard one to grade, on one hand there is a very eclectic and interesting menu (alligator, kangaroo, rattlesnake/rabbit, wild boar, poutine, etc.) and they'll serve them a number of ways (bed of masshed potatoes and gravy, fries, bed of mac'n cheese, etc.). You also have excellent, friendly and accommodating service. The restaurant was fairly clean and such but there were 6 dogs inside the eating area during our stay. I realize some people will like this aspect, which is why I mention it, but my family and I do not. It is unsanitary (as evidenced by visible amounts of dog hair on the floor), and makes no consideration for people who are allergic to dogs. Finally, we were hoping to have a new go-to but it isn't here as the quality was lacking a bit. Two of our bangers were ordered in buns which were soggy and disintegrated by the 2nd bite. The bangers themselves were pretty good! One was served in a bowl of mash and gravy which was just okay (gravy is very watery), and the last of the 4 orders was served on mac'n cheese which was good in flavor bc they use real cheese, but I think its been sitting around because it was grainy and very oily (cheese separated) so our young one had a hard time eating it. All in all, not a bad little place, just that the quality misses the mark and dogs don't belong in restaurants.

Went with my family to @bangersandbrews in Bend, OR. Saw a lot of great reviews so we stopped by. Super friendly staff that helped us to figure out how the ordering works. Amazing selection of sausages. I wish I lived closer to try some more of it. The owner came by and gave us some bread with chimichurri. He said that it was his family's recipe and called it liquid gold. I will definitely agreed with him on that because that was some great chimichurri. We shared the chili cheese fries as a family. The fries were good but a bit over salted. The chili with the meat was a great blend with a little sweetness to it and with the cheese and the fresh chopped onions. I got the alligator sausage topped with spicy peppers, cream cheese, and chimichurri sauce. The bite from the jalapenos and the freshness from the chimichurri blended really well with the cream cheese. The alligator sausage was very savory with the spices in it was very flavorful. So when you took a bite with the sausage with those toppings, it was just like an explosion of flavor that covered every taste bud that it was supposed to. When I get a chance to stop by this town again I know where I'll be stopping. #thisishowIchow
