Chow Burger — Restaurant in Bend

Horrible!!! Four employees total working, while packing a fairly simple order and they forgot the fries first off causing me to have to turn around with four kids in the car and including a very hungry baby. Mistakes happen wasn’t thrilled but it happens. The kicker is when we got home only to discover after we started eating ALL of our burgers were pink inside! Called to speak to someone since this is not a matter I take lightly when feeding my children on top of paying over $20 for burgers, which is fair pricing but when your burgers are to pink to eat is a complete waste of money, and on top of everything never received a call back. Poor execution of service and our meal. I would never recommend this place to anyone or eat there again!!!! By far one of the worst places in town. I placed an order online and got a call from Jeremiah with a bad attitude clarifying my order. Once we got the burger order clarified, he proceeded to tell me that the orangecicle float wasn’t a thing even though it was on their online menu and I had paid for them. I then asked what my options were since I had already paid, after a huge sigh he informed me that he could make shakes instead. We pick up the order and it is completely screwed up. We check the order as soon as we got in the car. My son ran back up and they locked the door on him and wouldn’t answer his knocks or their phone. Their message says they are open until 8pm. No-nonsense burger and fries with sauce. Everything was delicious and cheaper than 90% of the burger places in town. Add in the super friendly staff, and this place is doing things right.

The burger doesn't have any fufu toppings. It's just a well cooked and prepared burger. The fries are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, which is something most places can't get right with large-cut fries. The fries alone are delicious, but smack on some special sauce, and they're sooooo good.

I don't need a gold foil-wrapped burger, which I assume other places are serving based on their prices. Just a good, well cooked, well prepared burger/fries for less than $15-$20. And, that's...
