Where do I start? This place is rooted in sustainability from top to bottom. From being able to buy a plethora of household supplies in bulk to drinking organic tea, everything here is a better alternative for the planet, which I love to see in Bend. On top of having a nice peaceful and stylish ambiance, the quality of everything we had was spectacular. The vegan food truck in the back, A Broken Angel was to die for. I got the Mt. Bachelor hash, and it was probably the best breakfast hash I’ve ever had. The wild mushroom gravy was insanely good, and I’m not even crazy about mushrooms. If they had meat options, I probably would have ordered it with meat, but after trying it 100% didn’t need any meat and was likely much better without it. I am not a vegan, but can definitely get on board with homemade tortillas and perfectly seasoned food. I also got the Nepali Chai, which at only $1 is such a steal and was exactly like the chai I had every day in Northern India. We also had the Cardi B, which was perfect as well. I don’t think there is a thing in here that is bad tasting, bad for the planet, or bad for you. Super friendly service as well. Instantly one of my favorite businesses in town. Will...
Read moreA beautiful reimagining of an iconic Westside establishment with a large variety of innovative drinks (coffee, kombucha, seltzers, and otherwise) and thoughtful food options (pastries, bagel bombs, and more, including vegan options). Just had a breakfast burrito w/ egg (which they just started doing on the weekends) - absolutely fantastic (the sauces are equally great. Try the habanero carrot). Definitely the place to go on the way out of town for the day. Looking forward to trying the homemade soft serve ice cream with my son (which they also do on the weekends). All in all, a very lovely place in a cool, historic building with a friendly, neighborhood staff just like the way...

We ordered the miso caramel latte and rose chai, and both were excellent. They also have lots of sweet treats including a couple vegan pastries! On the day we visited they had a vegan pop tart and vegan chocolate chip cookie. We didn't try it, but they offer vegan soft serve on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The staff was friendly and the overall vibe was great! We also ordered breakfast from A Broken Angel, which is the vegan food truck onsite....
