Unprofessional Customer Service!
Unprofessional store manager who thinks its funny to ghost customers attempting to pick up a DoorDash delivery through the drive-through. Came through the drive-thru at 5:10am and once I was greeted through the drive through speaker, I proceeded to tell the employee that I was here for a DoorDash delivery order. The employee, (Store Manager in this case), did not respond back to me so I proceeded to ask if they were there or if they heard my order. After asking several times but not receiving any response, I proceeded to drive up to the drive through window. I waited for an employee to come to the window, but still they never came. Over the course of another 10-minutes, I got out of my car and knocked on the window but still nobody came. I tried to go in the store but the doors were locked...even though the store hours posted showed them being open at 5 am. I could see employees walking in the back of the kitchen chose to ignore me for close to 15 minutes. I left without getting the delivery and reported them to DoorDash. This is the second time this exact same experience has occurred but the first time it occurred, it happened at the McDonalds near the Wagner Mall off of 3rd Street. I've reported this situation to McDonalds customer care and am awaiting to hear from the owner, Scott Accaragui. Evidently, this owner owns quite a few of the McDonalds in Bend, Oregon so hopefully, he will reach out to me to address this issue. I have no idea why they...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. Stood there waiting for my order for more than 20 min, then the app showed it had been fulfilled when I had clearly not received my order. After repeatedly knocking on the window and then walking to the drive through and then back to knocking on the window and then two employees walking past me without acknowledging me at all I FINALLY got the manager to come to the door. When I asked him about my order he said I did it wrong through door dash. When I told him I had done it directly through the mcdonalds app he didnt have any explanation. Then when food finally was brought to me they forgot the drink. Then conveniently the more expensive drink I had ordered was not available...so now I paid for more than what I actually got and the food they gave me is obviously stale and old like they havent made anything fresh in hours. Read morePretty sure these kids working the late shift got them a nice scam going on. Went to the drive through at 1030ish and was told they are only accepting cash. ??? Only place serving food at that hour so I went across the street, got some cash back and went back and ordered. Soon as they gave me my food, they shut the lights out even though it was still like 10 min till close. Didn’t have all the food I ordered but I also wasn’t given a receipt so I wasn’t sure if I’d paid for it or not. Circled back through the drive through and had to honk my horn several times before anyone came to the window. They gave me the missing items without charging me anything but like I said, I never got a receipt so who knows what I paid for. I can understand only taking cards if you already counted the drawer but why only accept cash and not give receipts?...
