I called in an order of their delicious Pork Pizza without Jalapenos. When I picked it up I did not notice Jalapenos but when I got home I notice a few been a few indentations like some had been removed. I could hardly stand the spiciness if this normally delicious pizza. I called and complained and talked to Jeff the "Owner" and he said he wrote my name down but did not even apologize. He asked if I wanted to come back and get another without Jalapenos in about an hour. I said "no" just next time I go if you guys can make u for the mistake. He said oh absolutely and just hung up. I called back about a month later and mentioned my name and what happened, this was after getting advice from one of the servers who I know as an acquaintance. She said to all and complain and your food will be free. I called and without mentioning the server as to not put her on blast they said ok, dinner was on them tonight. When I arrived my pizza hadn't even been put in yet. The "owner" in a very rude tone said you see all these tickets, were backed up. I said I called over an hour ago, and he said "so" were still backed up. Again no apologies. When they rang me up even after i was told dinner was on them which should mean free my total was 43.00 after I spoke to a manager and was able to get a 15% discount. I said "I believe my whole mean is supposed to be free from s previous mistake" The Owner "Jeff pulled aside and said I would have never told anyone that. I said you did and when I called this evening so did the male that took my order. He said "well the best your gonna squeeze out of me is 15%. I would be losing profit." I said "seriously, your worried about profits when this place is so packed that a pizza I called in over an hour ago hasn't even been placed in the oven and your more worried about the profit on this order then me as a customer when you guys messed up to begin with and then promised me on the phone over an hour ago that my meal would be free?! WOW great customer service. No apology or anything?" He said "Apologies are given when they are due" I paid my bill and left. Well I went back today with a friend, and we ordered food and a few drinks, my buddy paid the bill and he left. I stayed a bit longer finishing my food. When I was leaving the guy at the bar said the manager would like to speak with you. I thought Oh great finally an apology, he said The owner says that you can;t come around here anymore. I said WHAT?!!? He said several waitresses have had problems with me and feel threatened. This place has VERY good food all around but their customer service only exists when they feel like presenting it. I used to LOVE this place. Not so much anymore. The manager and the owner were both extremely rude with how they handled the situation. When I called I did not ask for free food it was offered to me. This was on 9/23 initially and then tonight 2/2/2017 I am no longer allowed to go there supposedly because several servers feel threatened by me. I only know one server and I have never Talked to her since September. What a joke this place. I hope Pizza Mondo and MOD pizza put this place out of business. MOD pizza charges $7.99 for an 11" with unlimited toppings, $2 extra for gluten free and they are EXTREMELY friendly. They have my business from here and EVERYONE who asks me about pizza you better believe I will bring this up. Why would I take all this time to write this review if there was no...
Read moreUPDATE: Our bill came to $46 and receipt emailed as well, cashed out, done deal, did not leave a tip due to terrible service and we basically waited on ourselves anyway, after reconciling our credit card statement it just amazes me how we find the statement shows $55.20? We Disputed extra charge of $9.20 and the credit card company reimbursed us for $9.20, that's a 20% tip. Perhaps lazy boy took it upon himself to tip himself because I certainly didn't tip which has only happened twice in decades, this was the 2nd time? Walking away without a receipt in hand I certainly would not recommend others to do. Check your statements asap! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! We'll buy our company gifts cards elsewhere as well.
This place is normally our go to place because it really is the best pizza around. However, you have to place your own order at least with the lazy waiter you do. We go out to eat to get waited on, not wait on ourselves especially when paying $46. The other waiter kid was taking orders but not our guy, 2nd time we've had to do this ordering thing on our own, 1st time took 20 minutes to figure it out this time 10 minutes and what pizza joint serves canned Pepsi? This place does now. Until they change back we won't be back...
Read moreUpon arrival, the restaurant was bustling with activity. The host informed us of a wait for a table for two, which we were content with, opting to enjoy a couple of beers at the bar in the meantime. Just as our drinks arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to be notified that our table was ready. Following the host to the back of the establishment, we were seated amidst large family gatherings and a couple with a restless child. Additionally, we felt somewhat secluded in an area resembling a storage space, surrounded by pizza boxes and soda racks. Not the most ideal start to our Friday evening. However, our server, Chris P, promptly took our order for a Margherita with arugula and a combo pizza. Despite the initial drawbacks, we were pleased with the extensive beer selection and Chris' attentive service, as our pizzas arrived piping hot. It would have been appreciated if we were given the option to choose between seating in the back or the main dining area. We will make it a point to communicate our preference on our next visit. Additionally, we noticed they have a lovely outdoor dining area which we'll consider for warmer...
