Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Bend

I ordered online and was given a time that my pizza would be done… I showed 5-10 minutes after I was told to arrive and the pizza was not ready. I stood in line to ask how long and was told it would be ten more minutes… there were close to 10 unhappy customers already in the lobby. I waited another 25 minutes and got back in line and when the young man behind the counter saw me again he started searching through the stack of tickets …mine was Still not in process. They decided to start it at that point and it took another 5-10 minutes. I understand the hardships with finding employees however this store had more than enough staff on hand 6-7 young men. One of them spent most of the time I was present pacing in the back on his cell phone and the others treated their jobs with a very lackadaisical attitude to their job and the fact that they are paid to serve the customers. We have frequented this store for many years and at this point we will not be coming back. It has went downhill over the last year or two and at this point should probably just be closed due to the fact employees at this location simply...

We made an online order and they said it would be ready at 4:08. We arrived at 4:15 and it wasn't ready, so we went to the counter. They were a complete mess, order receipts scattered, no organized system, 2/5 of the people behind the counter were just standing there, doing nothing. I can't overstate the incompetence. Ultimately we spent 35 minutes with two screaming children in the parking lot waiting for them to make it order. Which we had to re-order, by the way, because they couldn't find it even after we gave them the confirmation code and a screen shot of the order itself.

The whole point of this place is the convenience. Nobody goes there because the pizza is good, or even adequate; they go there because it's convenient. If I could give zero stars, I would. They can't even provide the convenience that is their entire point for existing.

This has happened at this location once before....

I ordered and paid online over an hour before I showed up, still had to wait 20 minutes I the store for my pizza?!?! I stood by the "online order pick up" sign to be ignored, while they handed out pizzas, I finally spoke up that I had an online order that I placed an hour ago. They found my receipt and said they works start them, but they continued to make the walk in pizzas. So I asked Kylee again about my pizza and then they said they were making it now. My pizza was supposed to be picked up at 4pm, I walked out of your store at 440pm....don't do online orders if you can't have them ready...
