Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Bend

I mean really what can you say about Dutch Brothers they are always friendly The coffee is always good I don't know that you could say something bad about Dutch Brothers I've been to them all over Oregon and it has been the same everywhere Good great service and friendly people I like the one up here on 3rd Street in bend Oregon as the people that work there are the friendliest so far out of all the locations I have been to and that's saying a lot cuz I didn't know you could get friendlier than friendly Good job and let's give a big shot out to Dutch Brothers regional managers corporate district managers because without all that support I'm pretty sure you couldn't have a great coffee place like this so the leadership must be top-notch. Go over to Fred Meyers and all you see are unhappy employees. I would also like to give a big shout out to Dutch Brothers in The Dalles Oregon that was another one of my favorite locations and top-notch service and friendly people as well so if you're in that area definitely visit them one time there debit card machine was not working so they opened up their coffee stand free to everybody that particular day wow I have never seen a place do that. I love this Dutch bros. Although it’s hard to get to sometimes and hard to pull out of, they are my favorite. But I have one complaint which is why I’ve come here to do a review. I have ordered decaf coffee from them a few times because for health reasons, I can’t have caffeine. They have messed up my order three times now giving me a caffeinated coffee which resulted in me having to leave work sick because of it. I rated them high because they are amazing but even yesterday, they messed up my order. I double checked with the barista who double checked with the others and they all said it was decaf but the reaction to the coffee I had told me it was not. Been here many times never really had a problem until now, we online ordered while in Walmart just to make things easier, we ordered two of the new drinks one being the Dulce De Leche coffee and the new Matcha Strawberry lemonade and this is what we receive when we pick it up. It looks like straight vomit and when we asked about it both of the cashiers go ‘it’s supposed to look that way’ I truly don’t believe that if I’m paying 7 dollars for a lemonade that it’s meant to look like I’m drinking vomit.
