Jamba — Restaurant in Benicia

Not happy with Jamba at all today. I used to work at Jamba Juice as an Assistant Manager so I am more then familair with how things should be ran. First, I come in and I was not greeted by staff, which one seemed to be a lead. However, The cashier who helped me was nice. Next, I came and ordered a large Orange C Booster, which I substituted fresh OJ which I have done millions of times. Today the lead employee told me it was going to be an extra $5!!! Just to substitute fresh OJ in my drink. When she clearly seen my irritation she said she wouldn't charge me this time but for future reference. I am not happy with how she handled this situation. She was not friendly to me or the cashier. She scolded her in front of me, for not charging me. The cashier was unaware that she needed to charge me..the lead should of spoke to her behind the scenes. Not in front of a customer. The lead employee clearly seemed unhappy to be working there with her unprofessional, non friendly demeanor. I will not be coming back to...

Wow I remember when there was a cold stone creamery here. Thank God for my waistline and health they got the boot lol. Jamba Juice Benicia keeps me chlorophyll ready in the morning as my favorite wheat grass dispensary : ) One of the smaller locations in the bay but very friendly fast and good service. Smoothies are always good and fresh and if there’s ever a problem they always remake it for you just ask. Thanks for your amazing customer service and keeping us healthy with the exception of those damnn addicting soft...

I like my Jamba Juice fix. White Gummi with blue spirulina every time. I don’t wanna be a Debby Downer but today I’m Debby! 18 minutes after ordering my drink they got it wrong. :/ It’s almost comical how y’all still in business. It’s not the kids fault’s. It’s the training. And pay em a little better so they won’t forget my blue...
