Please avoid ordering from the Southampton Plaza Subway. I placed an order using the Subway app, taking advantage of the buy one footlong, get one free offer. When I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, there were no other customers, but the staff member had difficulty locating my order.
As he began making the sandwich, despite my clear request for salami only without bologna or turkey, the staff member refused to continue making the sandwich as requested. He insisted that salami was an extra charge and argued with me for at least five minutes, during which he became increasingly hostile. Ultimately, he declared the sandwich free and threw the meat into the tray.
The situation was so uncomfortable that I almost considered contacting the local police department. Despite my request, he refused to issue a refund and dismissively wished me "good luck" when I mentioned lodging a complaint.
