This was one of the poorer Nation's service experiences we have had, exceeded only by the inexcusably slow and badly managed Nation's on Clayton Valley Road in Concord, WHERE Call in orders were not even started untill long after customers arrived to pick up orders...and the manager only looked on, but did not assist! Nationās? Nah.
