The young lady who waited on us was nice enough. I was disappointed that there was only one roast already brewed, as I did not have enough time to wait for a pour-over. She handed me my coffee immediately, serving it from an air pot. My husband moved down the line to wait for his grande vanilla Latte. I went to the cream counter adjusted my coffee to my liking, and went back to the counter to join my husband. Pam was working the specialty drinks. She handed the woman in line behind my husband her drink, and then began to prepare another. I said that my husband was in line ahead of both of those drinks, and that I had already fixed my drink and his was not done. Pam looked at me like I was from another planet and said, “Well, what did he have?!” I told her and she waved her hands at the cold drink she was working on, rolling her eyes. We said that wasn’t it, and she said, “ This is it, oconut milk!” We said, “No.”. She rolled her eyes again and said, is it hot? Who's is this, then?!” The girl two people behind my husband, said it was hers. To which she turned around to make his drink and rolled her eyes for a third time and huffed. I responded that this was the last time we would stop at this location and walked away. When my husband finally got his drink and caught up with me, he said she changed her tune after I said that. We live an hour from the nearest Starbucks (this one) and generally stop on our way into and out of Denver whenever we come to town. I think we may have to wait for the next one 18 miles down the road, if that is how they are going to...
Read moreVery poor service by the young lady named Sierra, or sienna. I was the only one waiting to order. I had waited about 5 minutes. The other two ladies were making drinks for other customers. This Sierra or sienna came walking behind me and next thing I know she was at the register and ask if she could help me. I placed my order and went set down. The ladies finished making all the drinks for the customers ahead of me and everyone disappeared except for this young lady and another lady that she was apparently training. It took me a few minutes to realize nobody was making any drinks so I walked up and asked what happened to my drink? This young lady said oh they forgot to make it. She slapped the label on my cup and set it down. She then went over and start training again. I waited quite a while and then one of the ladies that was making drinks for the customers ahead of me came back from her break. I finally walked up and asked if anybody was going to make my drink. I stated that I'd been waiting quite a long time. Then Sierra or sienna got nasty with me and said I told you I was training someone! I explained to her that she should have been making my drink when she realized they had forgot to make it! Mind you I am the only customer at the counter during all of this! Someone needs to teach her how to be in customer service I've never had such a nasty barista...
Read moreSorry to give this a one-star, but the first (and last) time I've went here, gift card in hand, I didn't know exactly how their system worked. Naturally, I wasn't super familiar with their size names, so I just chose what sounded the smallest. Alright, so far so good. I made my cocoa order, and walked down towards the counter where I would receive my drink, thinking that was where I paid (lol I'm kind of not smart) and the lady working the cash register told me to come back. So I did, embarrassed enough as it is. So then when I give her my gift card to pay with, I fumble to explain why I seemingly tried to skip paying. She just rolled her eyes and gave me a grimace as she shook her head. She kept on shaking her head until she shoved the card back at me again. So then I got my drink and left. HOWEVER, the lady making my cocoa actually seemed pretty nice. She smiled, at least. But the cocoa was still watered down and pretty flavorless. I knew already that their drinks were kinda gross, but since I had the gift card, I went anyways. So yep, I don't...
