I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered online and failed to get my order on time. There was a huge crowd inside and outside the store there was no type of organization and people were squeezing through to get in. It was complete chaos. Customer service was awful. Not one employee made eye contact and when a customer said excuse me to get their attention we were pretty much ignored and when we did get their attention and asked about our orders they had attitudes and rolled their eyes. I asked about my wait time and was told they were getting my order ready. Needless to say I didn’t get my order when promised and I had to keep asking. After the long wait I finally got my cookies only to discover I was missing a cookie and the icing was completely melted over my other cookies .It was a complete disaster . The workers didn’t seem to care about the huge crowd they called names and if no one responded they tossed the boxes onto the table. Which as I mentioned customers were outside waiting as well so they had no idea they were being called as the workers didn’t make much effort. The other issue I had was how the workers didn’t prioritize customers inside the store. Drivers for door dash and Uber eats seemed to get priority and the customers inside the store were told they were sold out and were given mini cookies instead. I understand there was a promotion going on but it doesn’t excuse the poor customer service and lack of communication and no organization. Read moreTerrible experience start to finish. This is a super premium cookie company. They feature six flavors a day. When you enter you go to a kiosk place your order and pay. When I got to the counter, they told me that they did not have one of the flavors that I had ordered. I ordered a six pack And they did not have two of the six that I had ordered. They then told me it would take 50 minutes before the next batch of cookies would be out. At $25 a six pack and only serving six flavors a day you need to be much better prepared to service your customers. This is not a four dollar box of Oreos from the supermarket. To finish off this terrible experience, when I told him I did not have an hour to wait. I asked them to just cancel my order. They then told me that it would take 3 to 5 business days to get the refund , which was not accompanied by any paperwork telling me that a refund was in process. I have used Crumbl cookies in my business and for my family and friends in other states such as Washington DC in Maryland. Sadly, this is the closest one to my home, and I had traveled 35 minutes to get there, but trust me I will never go back there again . They are just not prepared to serve...
Read moreThe customer service I received was absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been coming here for a while now but this experience was just terrible. There’s a bunch of teenagers in there that are snarky and rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. I do not recommend this location don’t waste your time.. Gave me a cookie that was rock hard I went back politely asked for another cookie I showed the girl young with a mustache and black hair she was rude to me wasn’t helpful. I said well. I either one another cookie or I want my money back. She said the other cookies gonna be like that too.
I said, what can you warm longer etc. It’s fine it’s supposed to be like that. I said well no one told me that it’s not even that big of a deal. She shoved a cookie in my hand and it literally made me so furious to be treated that way for no reason I told her she has no customer service skills and she was just rude to me offered me to fight her and come around the counter.
