Frank's Pizza — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

Update 28DEC 2022. I got the same order on Monday, chicken parm, and garlic bread, was on time, and HOT, the cheese was still nice and gooey, hot, and tasty bread. I ordered another with a side of meatballs today. I guess the driver that delivered my food didn't care. The bread was smashed, and cold, my side of meatballs was cold, and the Chicken parm was warm. The cheese was cuttable. Not really a meal I would want to order again, and it took about an hour to get delivered. No consistency I guess. Sad really. The food is good, and they are pleasant, but no all the employees want the return business. The driver was a mess, unfriendly, and late.

. The price was reasonable, the food was great. The person who answered the telephone when I ordered was pleasant and helpful. They deliver to the people who order, no discriminating based on weather you own a home here or not. The food was great. It arrived hot, a little late, but it was worth it. I am a business traveler, who has done a lot of miles this week, and still have some more equipment to fix, and then go home. It was nice to just stay put, and get great food delivered to my hotel room. Not all shops in Bensalem will deliver to business travelers. This one will, and values your business. They included plasticware, and napkins without a special request. (So they want us to be able to EAT the food as well. Not all do, if you don't ask, it will be finger food when you get it.) I will order from here every time I'm here, and encourage others to do the same. The portion for the price was well worth the money. Sadly, this is something else that many restaurants do now, too little food, for too much money. This was right on, and I have leftovers!!!

I ordered the Chicken parm. the Garlic bread was soft, and actually had Garlic butter on it! It seems like a mall thing, but many places just don't care...

Food:showed up around 5:13pm and the pizza was just downright cold. Service: called them placed my order waited about an hour for delivery and called them back because it was taking really long they said only 45 minutes I called them back they put me on hold for about 4 minutes and they said it’s ready for pickup and I told them I placed it for delivery, they tried to tell me I called them back to say I was picking it up but I never did that then the lady persisted to tell me to come to the store to pick it up when neither me nor my friend have a car. Keep in mind the place isn’t too far from where we are. But the point is we requested delivery. She then after that straight hung on me and I called her again to cancel and the lady stated that the order was “just walking out the door” another 15 minutes rolled by and we received the order around 5:13pm as stated at the top of this complaint and we called again to have a pizza exchange and its currently 5:26pm and nothing yet I’ll give it about 25-30 more minutes for another review on what they bring us this time. Atmosphere: I have no idea who’s working there but the the person who answered the phone seemed to be the same one who delivered my pizza. It was $23.91 for a plain jumbo they are not getting a tip from me for sure and I will not be ordering from here anymore they should let us keep this pizza and our new one for the wait. I’m currently ending this...

The food is great. Ok price. But the cashiers are so rude. You need to have better respectful employees if your gonna run a restaurant. I order a stramboli.with my husband was told 20minutes we waited in the car. 20 minutes went by i go inside this time without my husband. And i ask the cashier if my order is ready. What dose she do??? Looks at me then looks back at her cellphone. Im not rude so im just standing their waiting for a response but she just keeps playing with her phone. one of the cooks tells her she just asked if her food was ready and the cashier responded to him, i heard but its not ready. Im thinking to my self wow she didnt even tell me it wasnt ready she completely ignored me. Then the cook ask me what i order i had paid in advance so he just handed me my food. So she didnt even check to see if my food was ready. And didnt even have the nurve to say anything to me when i had asked if my food was...
