I'm not sure how the food is here. I'm not even sure how the service is during daytime hours. But I've been coming to this McDonald's between 1am and 4am for over a year because I deliver for doordash, and the service during those times is subpar. For months, the people who work that shift turned all the outside lights off so people would assume they were closed. I'm guessing that upper management caught wind of that because eventually they were turned back on. Whenever I'm picking up from there, I know before I even get there that I'm usually going to wait a long time for my order to be ready, even if I'm the only customer there. There is never any sense of urgency and quite a few times I've been told they're having issues with their system. It's interesting that I've never experienced a McDonald's having "system issues" that shut down all of production during the day. I was sent there this morning (3:30ish am) to pick up an order for a customer. When I got to the drive thru, the woman (who I think is the manager or lead) said that they were having system issues and getting ready for breakfast. She didn't even wait for me to say that I was picking up for doordash. I continue to speak but she didn't respond. I asked whether they were filling doordash orders, but I didn't get a reply. I ended up having to obnoxiously beep my horn until she said, "Come to the second window." When I got to the window, a younger girl had a giant bag of food ready for the person I was picking up for and she said, "You're picking up for so and so, right?" So, if the food was ready and they knew someone would be coming to pick it up, why would this woman just tell everyone who pulled up to the drive thru that the system was down? Upper management should look into this because I guarantee they're losing money because the overnight shift doesn't seem to...
Read moreI arrived at this location this morning (12/4/2014) to order breakfast on my way to work. There was no one at the ordering location in the drive through. I placed my order at 6:57 am. My order appeared on the screen -- Sausage McMuffin with Egg; Bacon Egg and Cheese McGriddle and a bottle of water -- with a total of $8.35.
When I pulled around to go to the pay window, there were four cars in front of me. Service was extremely slow. I finally pulled to the window to pay for my order at 7:04 am. When I got there, the woman at the window said there was no order for me.
I went inside and all the purple-haired manager on duty would do is to give a flippant "sorry" comment. There was no offer to get me my order or any interest in trying to make up for their mistake.
I have been at this location before and the service is routinely slow, but this was the first time they had totally lost my order. I understand that mistakes happen, but when they do occur, the manager of the restaurant should make an effort to make things right...not act as if I am a bother to her.
I obtained the name and phone number of the franchise owner and called him immediately. I did not expect an answer at that hour of the morning but I left a message, including my name and telephone number. Seven hours later, I have yet to receive a call back.
Needless to say, this is the last time I will patronize this McDonald's location or any other McDonald's. There are plenty of other restaurants that care about their customers and it is clear to me that McDonald's does not care...
Read moreCustomer is not right at this McDonalds. Manager Sue is extremely and cares more about the bottom dollar than the customer. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I work for a food delivery service. Upon arriving and giving the pickup code I was told that that order had already been picked up by the manage Sue. So after calling the customer I was told that the food had not been picked up and had not been delivered. The customer is able to track the food 100%. They know when the food's been picked up and they know where the food is at 100% of the time. I also called Tech Support to confirm this and was told the same thing. After re-entering tell the manager Sue that there was a mistake on their end. She refused to admit it and even laughed in my face when I told her the mistake was theirs. Sue refuse to make the food and explain that she did not want to lose the money. Sue was more concerned about losing money than making the customer happy. What she doesn't realize is that the customer was refunded because they never received their food and she lost money anyway. The customer was not happy and said that he would never order from them again. And I also will never go to this location again. I will never deliver their food again and also will never give them one penny...
