Never ever buy anything from this place! Only gave one star bc you have to in order to write a review! Worst place ever! The man who delivered my parents’ microwave...let’s just call him the driver because he didn’t actually do any physical labor...was VERY RUDE. It was a rainy, snowy day and my mom asked if they would come in through the back. My parents just got their floors done so my mother and my sister’s nurse put a sheet down so they could walk on it and work on it. When my sister’s nurse asked them to work on the sheet the driver sucked his teeth and said “ oh no I’m not doing this!” And told the man doing all the physical labor to put the microwave back on the hand truck, that my parents paid for. My elderly father, who is battling cancer and in the midst of radiation tried to talk to the driver and the driver pushed past him to get out the door...he pushed my father! I ordered a new refrigerator and scratch and dent oven from Robert Stevens a few weeks ago. I have no complaints about the appliance or price. Both were great. The problem I had was with the delivery. We paid to have the appliances delivered. We didn’t notice until after the delivery men left that they had scratched up our walls to the point that we now need to patch and paint . I understand accidents can happen but when I called to report this I was told they can’t be sure they caused the damage since we didn’t say something while they were there. I never heard of Robert Stevens before my sister told me about them. A repairman for my Whirlpool Cabrio who said it would cost over $ 700 to fix , suggested I just purchase a new machine. He suggested Speed Queen which is not sold in any big box stores. I looked on Robert Stevens website and they sold them. The price was lower than the Speed Queen website. I called and spoke to Sandy who was extremely helpful. Went in the next day, ordered it, and was delivered on Wednesday (a day earlier than expected).
