McDonald's — Restaurant in Bentleyville

I was very dissatisfied. Went through the drive-thru. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and a basket of fry meals. I used my code and got a free Big Mac. I told them that I needed a bottom bun that I can't eat seeds. The fries were undercooked, They weren't cooked all the way. I ended up with two 10-piece chicken nuggets. My Big Mac had the middle part of the bun on top The normal top with the seeds on it was turned upside down in the middle of the Big Mac. I actually should have sued McDonald's because if I would have ate that without realizing it after I got home. I could have ended up in the hospital because I have diverticulosis and would have went in a diverticulitis attack which is very painful. They already made a mistake on the cheeseburgers and gave me two 10 piece chicken McNuggets when my receipts specifically showed about the cheeseburgers. I also had to go in to get my food because it was taking forever and when I did I looked right at the woman and I stated are my four cheeseburgers Big Mac and but two baskets of fries ready and she says yes here you go. When I realized the mistake after I got home I had tried to call I was hung up on twice the third time oh well that was me but I I don't know. I ended up going down there demanding it to be corrected and I also thought that I should have been reimbursed for my money since I had to drive all the way back down there because of someone else's incompetence. Itwas my son's birthday which they ruined and embarrassed him in front of his friend because of the mess up...

30 plus minutes for a cold ice coffee drink is way too long, watching them serve friends, another employee of theirs an order first that had parked way too close to another customer with a very nasty, sassy attitude.

One worker parked so close in the customers area by the building several feet too close that made it difficult for the customers to get in and out of their vehicle, on purpose.

They want more pay to make customers wait longer and be sassy to others.

About a half hour for a drink, no thanks.

McDonald's is quickly becoming a substandard company with bad employees, well overpriced food that you can get better elsewhere for less.

Burger King across from them offers two Whopper Jr. Sandwiches for one example, with two strips of bacon on each, pickles, lettuce and cheese flame cooked, tasty for only $5!

Thank your sassy female employee that thought she did right by parking that way in non employees parking!

Workers privileged over paying customers as workers, employees get all of their food free is a complete miscarriage of work ethic, over paying for bad service isn't what anyone...

Went through the Monongahela location, and had to ask the speaker person 3 times to retake my basic iced coffee request, each time being very clear on no sugar, no flavor, just cream. Yeah, it came out full of liquid sugar, worse, when I had it replaced, I was told i was the one who didn't order correctly. This is how I order my iced coffee; Large, 8 creams, no sugar, no flavor, just coffee and cream. I'm still trying to figure out how I ordered wrong, when each time the speaker person repeated the wrong order, I requested we start again. I'm more annoyed today about being reprimanded by a McDonald's manager than I was yesterday. A. I don't work for you and I was very precise when I placed my order. B. I'm not a 2 year old who needs to be scolded and taught how to order because I requested a new coffee.
