Unfortunately our food was bad. We are regular customers to the Benton/Bryant location and we always have a large order, but lately we’ve just not felt valued or as if we’ve gotten good food or customer service. We called the other night on our way to the store at 7:30 to make a pickup order. They close at 8. They’re 10 minutes away. We were told they would not take our order, and supposedly that was per the manager. What??? I would have been home with the food before they actually closed. Whatever... Tonight we ordered plenty early and had no issues. The guy at the counter was extremely nice and helped me carry out my multiple bags to the car (good customer service). I got the food home and we found molded cheese, wilted spinach, and mushy strawberries in the salad. The strawberries were also bad in each of our 4 fruit cups. Ugh. We tried to call, but the phone was busy from 7:30-8 and then we quit trying because they were closed. We also attempted to call the Little Rock location to see if there was an area manager or owner we could speak to, but we were told to call the location we ordered from. I again told them I couldn’t because the phone was busy and asked could she please offer any help from a manager and again was denied. It was obvious she did not care at all. Sorry, but I can no longer recommend All Aboard. Their food has slipped and there’s no help when it’s needed. They need to train their people on what to do when things don’t go well. Take down someone’s info and make an attempt. The lady I spoke to obviously just wanted to go...
Read moreI ate here with another person on a Friday at 5:30pm. If constant yelling and noise isn't what you want - do not go here.
You walk through a register to order, pay, get your drink at a station and find a booth. A little train traveling around the ceiling area brings you your tray.
Food: feels like they are attempting to be more than fast food. The menu is larger than your typical fast food place, but the food quality was not. And it was expensive: burger and carrot sticks, fish basket, 2 teas was $21. If the food was excellent, maybe that's ok. But the fish was below average, the fries were not soggy with grease and you get 1 tiny hush puppy. The hush puppy was the only thing worth eating. The fish pieces were large and initially looked great but then you realize it's very thin with little meat and had a odd taste. The burger was nothing special. Yeah, you get to pick the type of cheese, but other than that it was basic. Carrot sticks were cold - that's a plus!
Ambience: this is the place for young parents with kids. I counted and out of the 14 occupied booths, 12 had 1 or more young kids. You notice this when you walk in - it's loud with kids yelling and trying to talk over the music and the train noise. It was difficult to talk across our booth table.
Side note: the staff at the register was completely robotic and acted like she had a...
Read moreWe celebrated my son’s 8th birthday at All Aboard Restaurant, and while the food was decent, the real highlight was the experience of having our meals delivered by trains! My kids were absolutely thrilled watching the little train make its way to our table, and it brought so much excitement to the party.
The birthday package we chose made the entire planning process a breeze. The staff took care of everything, allowing us to relax and enjoy the day. It was such a relief to have a fun, low-stress celebration that my son and his friends loved.
If you’re looking for a family-friendly place with a unique twist and an easy party experience, I’d definitely recommend All Aboard. It’s not just about the food—it’s about the joy and excitement of watching the trains in action!
My son is on the autism spectrum and is in love with trains, so it's nice to have a budget friendly outlet for...
