On our first visit to Lost Pizza, we had a large Kujo pizza on a thin crust. Ingredients were bacon, hickory ham, pepperoni, Italian sausage, ground beef, with onions, green peppers, black olives, and mushrooms. Even with this many ingredients, the crust remained firm and crispy, not soggy. I was impressed with the red sauce, which was spicy enough that I really didn't need to add pepper flakes. I thought the volume of toppings, sauce and cheese was really well balanced, not too heavy or goopy. My husband and I agreed that it was the best pizza we've had in quite a while, perhaps even better than our favorite, U.S. Pizza, which is saying a lot.
I was not as impressed by the chocolate cheesecake dessert pizza. It was tasty, but really messy and drippy, perhaps because it was served warm. I refrigerated the portion I took home and liked it much better chilled. I'd recommend that the restaurant consider serving it cold, just because of the texture.
Lost Pizza also serves sandwiches, salads and pasta. I look forward to trying the sandwiches next time we go.
We enjoyed the restaurant's casual vibe. The decor is a fun assortment including vintage signs and pennants, old 45s on the wall, big model airplanes hanging from the ceiling. There's a video gameroom in the back, and outdoor seating on a covered patio. Service was fast and friendly without being...
Read moreFriendly cashier took our order. Our pizza had the same 3 issues that we encounter every time we come ... so I feel compelled to share feedback: 1. The pizza is not cut properly. We asked them to cut it again.... and...we watched the cook argue with our server about cutting....he then took it and cut it another time... which is not what we wanted. We simply want the cut to actually be cut. Otherwise, give us a knife and we will cut. 2. The pizza is not cooked properly. The edge is perfect but 1 inch inside the edge is... not near as cooked...my wife reminded me that I was supposed to request "well done" to see if there is a difference. 3. The cheese is always imbalanced. With no cheese on parts 1-2 inches from a lot of the well cooked crust. I took a pic... hopefully I can share my pic. 4. One other thing this time...we built our own pizza with sausage, onion, bell pepper.... each topping $2.50....plenty of sausage....barely any onion and bell pepper. Just a disappointing event for us but most of the pizzerias in the area do not have pork sausage....positive: the Dr pepper is...

However, for the GF/Keto crowd, there is nothing better than Lost Pizza Co. A cauliflower crust is typically going to brutalize the roof of your mouth. These are no different, but the flavor is superb. The sauces and toppings are always phenomenal. And I've yet to have a pizza that was shorted on toppings. They do it right here!!
Service has been great every single trip. Folks are friendly, lots of local teens are employed, and they bring the mood up. Food is always tasty. And a big plus is the sound treatment. The Sunday lunch rush usually means so much noise in any restaurant. Braving Lost Pizza Co when they're packed is a surprisingly peaceful task. At max capacity and all the associated volume, I can have an easy conversation at my table. 1 downside: the little ranch cups are .50 each. But it's so good!
Go. Eat. Buy ranch. Refill your...
