Taqueria Azteca Original Mexican Food — Restaurant in Arkansas

I order a DoorDash pickup order last night we waited for the order to say ready so it would be ready as soon as we got there but when we got there our whole order had been handed out and our order was a big order and it was under a unique nickname so I don’t understand how this happen on top of that we had to wait forever to get our food and the workers acted like it was a big inconvenience we didn’t get our food until over 30 minutes after we arrived and we were not compensated by anyone I’m very disappointed on top of the long wait for food that was supp To already be ready our food just wasn’t good at all my husband found a small bug in his rice and the quesadillas we order were soaked in oil and covered in onions,sour cream and Cilantro when we added on DoorDash that we wanted it on the side and no one in my family beside me will eat that that’s why we asked for it on the side the food was also just made sloppy I just feel like they didn’t like that they had to remake our food. I had been wanting to try this place for a while now. I finally had the opportunity and it was not good. I love authentic Mexican food. I've never had a bad experience from what I can remember at one. But this is a first. I ordered the al pastor street tacos combo plate which came with beans and rice. When I got my food and sat down to eat, the beans and rice were cold and the tacos were luke warm with no flavor of any kind. My girlfriend ordered a quesadilla and my son had chicken with cheese and rice. Their food was cold as well. We got there about an hour before they closed. That's no excuse for serving food like that. Before leaving I wanted to refill my drink but they had shut off the drink station and the girl cleaning up wouldn't let me until another girl working there told her to let me get my refill. The same girl also had her son there who she was babysitting while trying to clean up. Needless to say, overall it was a bad dining experience and I will not be returning. I do not recommend eating at this place. I could've gone to Taco Bell and gotten a better meal at a fraction...

REALLY GREAT FOOD. Very poor service. 9/10 there’s something missing in your order unless you watch them physically make it. Don’t order to go. They say you can, but you can’t. Nothing is made until you get there and even then, you’d have to wait after the lines. The ladies at the Benton location has an attitude but the Maumelle location is a lot nicer!

I’m vegan and there’s always cheese and pork bean on my plate?? Even if specified to not. I’ve been here at least 20 times because it’s that good. $13 for 3 street tacos and two sides.
