Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Benton

Doesn’t deserve any stars! They were out of lids, for the sides(no biggie), they gave me my broccoli cheddar soup in a 32oz container… literally maybe 3 bites, it was barely any soup in the containers that’s 1 of my complaints . I’ll post the picture! I asked for a container to see if it would fill it up. It didn’t, of course! I asked for one of my side items to be by itself, they didn’t do that, another complaint, they put it in with the sandwich! The item wasn’t for me! Very disappointed with chicken salad chick, and the meal was over $20, for one person and it wasn’t even done/made properly. They left out the cookie and pickle, which I got that bc I asked for it. When you pay for something, you want what you paid for… that’s all. I didn’t want extra stuff, I don’t want free food, I just wish my order would’ve been made properly! My order is as usual wrong. For the second time I have ordered through doordash, the correct sizes for what I was charged for of the chicken salad are not in my bag. Doordash can only pick up what Chicken salad Chick puts in the sack. Obviously Chicken salad Chick does not know how to read an order. I ordered a small classic Carol a large jalapeno Holly. Both were small I did not get my large order of jalapeno chicken salad. This is the second time I have had trouble with this door with the wrong order. Bad experience, I rather drive out to Benton before coming back to this location. I went through the drive through line for 2 orders of a scoop of the Olivia’s old classic. There wasn’t any crackers in my bag so I pulled around to the front walked in and asked for crackers, a dark haired lady with a head set told me there was 4 packs of crackers inside my bag. I told her there wasn’t, she hesitated and tossed two packs of crackers for each scoop into my bag (one bag was busted open at the top and bottom) She had a terrible attitude at the window asking if we paid for our food already after another team member already taken our payment.
