This was the worst breakfast I have ever had. I don't normally write reviews but if I can save someone from this food I will try. We waited over 20 minutes to sit. Not because they were as busy as there were dirty tables. We sat were given the smallest plastic utensils to use and waited about 10 minutes when our drinks were finally taken. The waitress explained that they had her all over the place. She took our order and we were told they were out of gravy and the biscuits were in the oven. They had been busy it was obvious. We waited another 40 minutes to get our food. People that came in after us got food before us. The food finally came. I ordered 2 egg breakfast with hashbrowns, bacon and a biscuit. The hasbrowns were mushy, luke warm and just awful. I did not get 2 eggs, bately 1. My husband ordered the Doc Holiday Scrambowl. He got slimy ham some eggs with raw onions and a little bit of cheese in a wooden salad bowl. I had to ask for real silverware. I complained that I was not given 2 eggs and how bad the hashbrowns were and nothing. No manager came to talk to us. We get the bill and they charges us for the extra egg which I was supposed to have with the meal originally. I asked how it could have been as much as it was. She said she would take the egg off then gave us the same price again. Again, the manager never once came over to try to make things right. Nothing. We will never go back again. We really didn't like the food the first time but thought we would try it again after about 10 months. Don't waste your money or your time. That was about 1.5 hours of my life I will never get back. Horrible food, horrible service,...
Read moreI’m going to preface this by stating as matter of fact that I have eaten here several times and it is progressively gotten worse and I think that it’s complacency and it’s a problem when you order menu items but in a different configuration to the menu however the food is very good it’s just not going to be the way you ordered it. Today I tried a bowl type of meal. I wanted to combine the large biscuit order with the bowl meal. The second I mentioned the bowl meal and how I wanted it the waitress wanted to charge me per biscuit at 3.49 per biscuit I wanted (4) plus gravy which would have made the meal well past 30.00 which the large biscuits and gravy plus the bowl meal would have been around 20.00. So then realizing our waitress was about to nickel and dime me to death I scraped the order. Just the bowl meal it is. I ordered gravy on top. It comes with a literal bowl of gravy embedded on top of my food. That presents a huge problem for me and for other people the cross contamination issues there are major. On top of the order is wrong. Now the waitress had another server bring the food out, didn’t ask if the order was correct or ok. Then our server never came by to check on us, she showed up 20 minutes later at which point I addressed the issue. Her answer was I can take that off for you, not can I get you something else, I will have them remake it. Nope. At that point I have sat there 30 plus minutes. I came because I was hungry left hungry and upset. I got to watch my party eat and finish their meal. That’s the kind of service that causes problems for the...
Read moreNot especially impressed. The 3 egg western omelet husband and I shared was cooked well and tasted good, but it was a little small for 3 eggs and there wasn't much filling in it. There were 5 tiny pieces of diced tomatoes on top and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Hashbrowns were okay. Just shredded and fried potatoes. The biscuit was huge, but that was the best thing about it. It was dry, dense and chewy and tasted of shortening, buttermilk and too much baking soda. The sausage gravy, tasted like packaged pepper gravy that had a few pieces of chopped sausage patty added to it. We also took home a cinnamon roll and a pecan pinwheel to try later. They were huge, but they were made from the dry, dense, biscuit dough and they weren't rolled out well to be filled well enough to disguise the salty, buttermilk taste of the biscuit. The cinnamon roll had a huge amount of canned cream cheese icing globbed on top which didn't help make it taste better or like a real cinnamon roll. The pecan pinwheel seemed to have had, maybe, a sugar syrup put on it, but it was very dry and with only a little filling, it was a terrible imitation of a pecan pinwheel. I am sure we won't be...
