Okay, first off went to Koffee with a Kause because of all the views I've seen on FB so thought I would try something new. Well to my surprise there is another new business in Benton, which at one time back in the day was a garage parking area and is now a coffee shop, Baja Grill, and church parking. Now I don't buy coffee out often, but went out just to try something new. Well first off the parking was terrible, because the Baja Grill, the Koffee shop, Valhalla grill, church, and some houses all share the parking area. The hand rail going into the Koffee shop was loose so be sure you have a good steady grip on it climbing the stairs. Well since I did not get a receipt with my order so I cannot see the exact time I was there, but do remember asking if I was could order breakfast or lunch and the youngster at the register said, "Lunch". I ordered a HOT TUB peanut butter cup Frappuccino, with 2 extra expresso @1.0each and a medium cinnamon Frappuccino and the total was over 15 bucks. Like I said, I got no receipt so I cannot say exactly when I sat down to dine in, however I sat down and enjoyed conversation at a window seat with a live edge bar at a window to observe the weather and passerbys. With all the individuals that were working, the small area, and the amount of money I paid for two surprisingly equal plastic cups of coffee, you would think the employees would bring you your order! WRONG!!! My order just sat up there, no number, no name, just watch at the pickup here area. Really? Then when I did sit down and compare the amount of coffee I receive for my order the HOT TUB was just a little over an inch more than medium size serving. Also I left a tip not knowing the serving size and the fact that I had to pickup my own order and clean up my very small mess at my location to dine in. All in all don't waste your time with Koffee with a Kause! Way over priced and for the service and the location, parking, prices, pay less and go...

I absolutely LOVE Koffee With A Kause!! It’s the perfect place to meet friends, do Bible study, or work on your laptop! My favorite thing about this place is that they can make almost any drink on the menu sugar free—even pumpkin or marshmallow syrup! Most coffee shops I’ve been to only offer sugar free vanilla and/or caramel syrups. My go-to drink is an iced Drops of Heaven, sugar free, with almond milk! I’ve tried several drinks on their menu (hot and cold) and I can tell you it’s all good! Plus, the food is really good!! Of course the baby-cakes are a MUST HAVE, but I’d also suggest trying the croque madame, avocado toast with egg, and BEC bagel! I love the location of KWAK, and did I mention they roast their beans in-house?!? The only thing I would change is to expand and make the shop bigger with...

I really wanted to love this place, and love to support local but my experience just wasn’t that great. While the location is adorable and comfortable with cute ambiance and a great drink selection, the care afforded to my order was just not stellar. I ordered avocado toast and they didn’t toast the bread- it was just a piece of soft bread with the avocado and was mushy and soggy, they forgot my friend’s order entirely and had to be reminded, and when I went to place a to-go order for a drink for my spouse in the way out, the staff member rolled their eyes and seemed annoyed to be helping. Definitely willing to give it another go, but so far the food wasn’t great and the service definitely needed a...

Maybe I went on an off day, judging by the reviews šŸ¤·šŸ» but sadly I can only go off my own experience. First the coffee was good, which is why I bumped to a 3. It’s slightly under Starbucks prices but close, so it’s not cheap but was very good. However, the food leaves a lot to be desired. Firstly, they said it would be half an hour for one item, that’s simply too long for such a limited menu. Secondly, the panini was just not good, the turkey was of Oscar Meyer pre-sliced quality and the bagel was cold. I know they get busy, but in the market with so many options and competition it wasn’t cheap, so I probably would only come here for coffee then go get a McGriddle. šŸ¤·šŸ»

Ordered two med Monti lattes that were FANTASTIC..You could taste the actual coffee in it more than just the sugar like at that other "corp" named place. It's late hours are perfect for those of us who work night shifts. The ladies at the window were super sweet and the wait wasn't long. Cherry on top was realizing later what part of their proceeds go to help others and it's LOCAL. As long as they are in place closer to my home and job, I know I no longer have a single need for *that other place*. Spend local.
