I visited Archieās on July 6 with my husband and two of our kids. We have been super excited for it to open and we were not disappointed! I got the Captain Planet and added turkey. My husband got the Big Baller. We both loved our sandwiches! Personally, mine had all the fresh veggies that I love and the bread was a sub-style loaf, but a little lighter and very tasty. I tasted the Big Baller- the meatballs were tender and had lots of flavor. We were also super excited to see that they had Sapporo beer on tap, which is one of our favorites and sometimes hard to find on tap. We plan to try a cocktail next time. The ambiance was relaxed and set up for eating and hanging with friends/family. There is bar style seating inside and large picnic tables outside. The outdoor seating is mostly covered, except for a couple of tables in the lower tier section. There is plenty of bicycle parking and Archieās reserved parking for vehicles. We will definitely be back and are so excited to have Archieās in our...

For those complaining about iced tea, or the bread or whatever else.. it's literally been open a month and there's a line out the door. Why don't you open a place and then invite a bunch of strangers over and see how that goes.
that being said.. it's great to see that part of town gettin some love, and all the families on bikes riding over is cool, the sandwiches are good, and the drinks are cold. The patios is blazing hot, and there is no parking..but who cares.
If you need to park next to your sandwich.. you may have bigger things to worry about.
they did martinis for some reason, the pickled pepper juice one was kinda good. The beers are good.. the weird japanese fish chips are pretty weird. The jabroni could handle double the meat.. but do I really need double the meat? Anyway, glad it's not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe sandwiches werenāt bad, but not as special or āstackedā as many people are making them out to be. It was a good sandwich, but not something Iāll be thinking about afterwards. I could make something the same quality at home. Their build-your-own menu is also misleading. My friend was disappointed because the sandwich he had seen on the online menu was not on the menu in person, so he tried to order a build-your-own sandwich. He got charged extra for vegetables that were not supposed to cost extra, and the sandwich did not come with any of the spreads that were supposed to come on the build-your-own. What he got was a meager, skinny sandwich with only meat and greens that he was charged extra for. This place seems more focussed on āatmosphereā and drinks than sandwiches, which is fine if you want that. In my opinion, the music was also uncomfortably loud both inside...
