I went through the drive thru 9/18/25 between 9:30-9:55 area. I went to claim my birthday donuts as well as an iced coffee from my rewards. I had two orders for one car since i was with a friend. my friend placed her order and was rushed through it, didn’t get the chance to add her donut. Then for my order the boy told us to pull forwards. i informed him i had a reward for my bday donuts and a coffee. he then acted extremely confused and flustered even tho at this moment it was just our car in line, with 2 simple orders. 1 was a iced coffee with a strawberry glaze donut. 2 the 3 pack bday donuts with a iced coffee. Once we made it to the window and finally were able to get him to understand the order after him holding and staring at my phone for 5 mins. then finally we thought he understood, he gave us the 3 pack donuts instantly, then he got us one coffee and donut and we pay. then he tells us to have a good day. and we reminded him “we have another coffee” and he says “what coffee?” then he gets it in again, and proceeds to ask for payment. I was using my rewards, and had already given him all that information. at that point i was mad. it had been 15 mins in that drive thru line. I was rushed through the order, and then not properly helped after, I had to then ask for another associate who was way better. But then kid put my iced coffee in as a hot coffee so she had to remake it. and both coffees tasted absolutely terrible. no carmel in the iced carmel coffee….. So please please better train the boy working the drive thru, i’ve never been more upset with the service i received, as well as my friend. But also a 5-10 min drive thru visit was drug out to a 20 min visit and i was on a time crunch and only alotted 10 mins. and when im the only car in the drive through when i arrive with not anyone infront of me, it SHOULD NOT TAKE 20 MINS!!! That boy needs more training before he’s gonna work the drive thru line, it’s too much for him to handle. and tell him i’m sorry i yelled at him, but i was paitent, i even asked for a different worker before i screamed at him to get me a different worker, but he ignored my wishes at first. also he didn’t even give a receipt so i could see what he charged my friend for. Read moreI am handicapped so I went to the drive thru window to order and was told the drive thru was ‘broken’ and if I wanted donuts, I would have to come in the store. I parked and since I was by myself and couldn’t get my walker out, I used my cane. I walked in to wet floors and a ‘caution’ sign and went to the last in a long line. When it was finally my turn to order, one employee was filling an online order and another employee had ‘disappeared’ and the remaining employee was just standing at the register. I asked him if I could get service and why the drive thru was ‘broken’…I mean how does a drive thru ‘break’?! He rudely told me a guy sitting at a table had been waiting a long time for his online order. I told him that wasn’t the problem - why isn’t he coming to help me and the others in line rather than just stand behind the register?! He grudgingly came and filled my order which I told him was 2 separate orders. He then asked if I wanted anything else and I replied ‘Yes, good customer service!’ I had an email offering a dozen glazed donuts for $7.99 thru that day and he rang up full price and when I told him about the email he said I had to buy one dozen at regular price to get the second for $7.99. I told him that was not what the email said so he went and looked at a posted memo and came back but instead of charging me $7.99, he charged me $8.99. I just paid it and didn’t notice until I was back in my car. I told him I could have fallen in the wet floor since they decided not to serve the drive thru window and then I could have sued them. Read moreWe live about 45 minutes from our local Krispy Kreme location, but we wanted to try the berry variety and I had a freebie for my birthday. I placed our order in the app at 6:18am to pick up at 7:45am. I arrived at the store at 7:30am, the location is still drive thru only. The gentleman at the window said he couldn't find my order and I needed to place the order again. I told him that I had the confirmation email for the order and he just walked away from the window. He came back to the window about a minute later and said he found the order but it wasn't supposed to be picked up until 7:45am and I needed to park. No issue, I knew I was early and didn't mind waiting a few minutes. He came out about 2-3 minutes later and handed me the box and said, "here you go". I immediately opened the box to make sure it was the correct order since I planned on waiting for about 10 minutes until the order time. The pictures are what we received. Terrible. Not anywhere close to Krispy Kreme quality, the box was a mess, I did not jostle them at all, the icing is terrible, we will not ever pay $14 for donuts like these again. I was not about to send them back because I couldn't be in the store to make sure the man with the poor attitude didn't do anything to the donuts, I've seen movies and news specials about what can happen when you send back food.
