I've went twice over the last few weeks and both times our experience was terrible. The first time our order had to be prepared three times before it was correct and took an hour for the five of us to receive the correct order. However, even after that our blizzards were so runny that it had to be sucked down with a straw. Only two other family's were in the restaurant at that time. Therefore, it seemed odd that it took so long and we witnessed the other families having to get their orders corrected as well. We hoped it was just a bad day and tried it again. Today, we arrived for an after dinner treat with other family members . The evening manager seemed rude and when she made our ice cream she served us such small portions that it seemed like a joke. The portions were nearly a third of the portion compared to the "normal" portions we've had at any other Dairy Queen restaurant. It was such a small amount that even my toddler only got to take four very small bites of her ice cream before it was gone. We left feeling like we paid for nothing and poor customer service. At this point we would rather drive a little further to Lowell or Bella Vista to get what we pay for and receive better...
Read more100% unacceptable experience from the start. I go through the drive thru at 945pm. Order a cupfection & a blizzard. The “kid” at the window hands me the cupfection, then quickly flips the blizzard & hands that through. I ask for a tray since it’s just me in the car & im bringing it home. The kid hands me the tray.. I gave him back my items so he could put them in the tray. He says “here ya go”. And closes the window. Didn’t offer lids. Didn’t give me a chance to ask for lids. The blizzard was already starting to melt as it got shoved into the tray. And it was over flowing, I watched the worker scrape off part of the top at the counter & not wipe off the sides where it dripped down. My drive home is less than 10 minutes but in those 10 minutes, the ice cream melted & over flower more causing it to drip down onto my seat, all over my pants (I had to hold the tray to prevent it from just pouring out), & I had to run into the house and put the tray in the freezer immediately. We’ve never had a good experience at the drive thru at this location. Definitely learned our...
Read moreOrdered five meals at the drive thru and waited over 10 minutes for the food. No cars were in front of us and the parking lot was empty. And it was dinner hour-5:30pm on a Thursday. The chicken strips were only warm, not hot. Both baskets’ bread were chewy, hard in spots, and cold. The rotisserie nuggets were dry and tasted like they had been in the warmer for a long time. Fries were cold. My son asked for ketchup instead of mayo on his chicken sandwich (odd, I know 😂) and it looked like it was soaked in ketchup—all over his hands and outside of the bun. Last kicker—we had four medium sodas, 3 Dr Peppers and 1 Coke, had to us in a drink carrier….with no lid buttons popped 🙄. My teenager played roulette to find the Coke. Must likely will not order food here again, maybe just ice cream. (I know I could have gone back through and asked for fresh food…but I had already dedicated too much time to DQ for the night and my 5 & 7...
