I hate to do this, but I am giving one star. I visited on Saturday, October 29 just after opening. Staff was excellent, as was the meal was the meal. But. Upon finishing my bottled juice, for which I was charged and gladly paid a premium price, I noticed it had expired more than a month ago. To repeat, the high-quality, high-priced pressed juice product for sale in the cooler in this store had expired more than a month previous. Am I wrong in assuming the food in any given restaurant at any given time is fresh and safe to eat? Of course the kid behind the counter had no idea what to do. He gave me the business card of the out-of-state manager. I both called the number (voicemail) and sent a g-mail. This was around 10:00 AM on October 29. As of this writing, around 11:00 AM on November 1, I have received no acknowledgement. Maybe I'm being petty, and if so, reply and let me know. I understand most expiration dates on food items are arbitrary and useless, and exist to coax us into replacing a perfectly good product with a "fresh" one. But, still. Return a customer's call and e-mail, for crying out loud! To do otherwise just makes...
Read moreI already called however here it is. The guy took about 10 minutes to come the window making us wonder if they even got our order. Then he took 3 tries and even getting g the right order. Then he handed the food, I got my sons "child" sandwich and there was about 1/2 a bottle of mustard on a 4" sandwich. I asked for napkins and the response was rude. I then noticed that after he gave us my husband's drink he had not given us my son's of his cookie or toy (part of his meal). There was no way to get his attention to ask for it so I pulled around and went in to get my son's cookie and drink. 2 people made eye contact but didn't address that I had come in. Then when we got home I took out my sandwich. .. it was the wrong bread, had spinach on it, And no ranch. At thus point I called them. I told them that the "new guy" ( that's what I told the guy was) needed better training. That 2 out of 3 sandwiches wrong is not a deal. I am very disappointed with this visit. I suggest if you go here save yourself the Hassel...
Read moreSo I was debating on what I wanted to eat and thought I would have a club from subway, always a good choice .. it was either that or Taco Bell or lastly the dreadful McDonald’s . It was roughly 8:50 and apparently they close at 9. I go into the restaurant and stand there for 2 mins it seems no one is around. Finally someone shows up from around the corner. I proceed to let her know what I wanted and just got an attitude with everything. From what kind of bread all the way to the salt and pepper. It’s not my fault they were going to close in 10 minutes and I completely understand how it may be frustrating. I really do. But to show and act like that to your PAYING customer is was uncalled for and if me having a sub is an issue even if it was one minute from close then I will take myself to jimmy johns or somewhere else for a sandwich from now on. I won’t bother your employees anymore. I never leave reviews EVER but this really deserves to be known. It’s whatever.. I won’t be paying to be treated that way anymore...
