Overall, not great, not bad, ambiance is sensory overload.

I struggled with how many stars to give. Staff was friendly, though I wouldn't consider them very knowledgeable nor very helpful. Example: someone was standing in front of the menu on my first trip, so I just asked if they had mint chocolate chip, I was told "yes" and handed a scoop of something not mint chocolate chip (not a flavor they have). There is no bad ice cream in my book, but when I was confused and asked a meaningful conversation did not follow. Shrug and move on. Deserts were edible, though hardly the answer to what Bentonville needed. If you want cheap deserts the Spark Cafe is better. If you want high quality deserts Markham an Fitz is better, way better. Great ice cream, not great customer service.

Google clearly states that they’re open until 10pm on Saturday night. At 9:15, they start passive aggressively and loudly dragging chairs across the room to “clean”. 2 minutes later, they turn all the lights in the dining area off.

We immediately got up to leave. As we’re walking out, the girl behind the counter looks at her coworker and starts making rude comments loud enough for us to hear it. When we said “Google says you close at 10” she backtracked the attitude very quickly and said it was their new fall hours. It’s March.

First of all, if your hours aren’t accurate on Google, you have the power to change them. Second of all, a simple “hey y’all, we’re closed!” would have sufficed. You could have even warned us when we were ordering that you were...

Coming from a big city that has amazing ice cream places I never liked any of Bentonville's ice cream. On Labor day weekend we stopped by with some friends and tried this place, we loved it and today we went again. So Far the BEST in town. Service were very good, the girls are nice. You can taste the flavors to make sure you like it before ordering. Big shout out to the Lemon Poppy flavor. We brought a pint home :). The homemade cones are amazing and adds to the tasty not crazy sweet ice cream. The decor is bold and they were brave on the colors and I think it adds some fun. Also that is not up to judgement.
