Ordered an online order. A combo and wings. The combo was good, but when I got home I had 1/3 of the wings not there. I would rate worse, but I called and they said they would refund the difference.
Update: Multiple visits of waiting for no reason. Food was on the rack for online orders. Multiple people asking my name for the order. My wife orders so it is her name. They assume I am not a woman by the name and just are confused I guess? It sucks getting food that has been sitting an extra fifteen to twenty minutes. It has happened multiple times. So I downgraded my rating. Show up and food was ready, and when I give a name they don't ask me to repeat or spell it or anything. So I wait about fifteen minutes, and get colder food. In the future I will just show them the order. And the fries are always soggy after these visits. I wouldn't recommend ordering fries to take home ever here.
Update: They aren't open and don't seem to be opening back up. I cannot speak to why, but they may be permanently closed.
Update: We stopped by during busy times. I didn't expect more than an hour of wait time. I stopped by after 45 minutes. They stated it would be an additional 25 minutes. I waited 20, I figured they padded the time a little. As any smart place would. Going back in they said 35 to 45 minutes more. I assumed they stayed closed as long as they did, they were upgrading things. They need a kitchen twice the size of what it is right now. They have the number of workers, but not equipment to facilitate their popularity. I waited Slightly over 2 hours total.
Update: They cooked the chicken well as they normally do, but whole order was plain. No seasoning. While not terrible, defeats the...

My wife and I wanted to do something fun to watch some March madness and wings sound like the perfect idea. Put in an order at 4 o’clock for a 645 pick up, and arrived at Wingstop at 6:40. One cashier working his tail off answering phone, Busing tables taking orders refilling drinks and dealing with DoorDash/GrubHub/other online orders… While seven other people stood in the back and the manager counted receipts on the front counter. After 15 minutes I was helped, thanked the cashier and headed home.
Drove the 5 back to my house, plated the already COLD boneless wings. But the temperature was not the most disappointing part of the meal, the meat was barely a step above a cheap fast food chain McNugget, and they had been sitting in their sauce so long that breading was non-existent. We couldn’t even eat them.
I was so disappointed that I took the remaining dozen wings back to ask for either a refund or a redo of the order. I walked into a restaurant with 7 customers waiting to be helped/waiting for their order. I asked for the manager and waited 20 minutes for her to be able to assist me. I literally only said that I was disappointed with the wings, she asked for my receipt, refund my money and sent me on my way. There seemed to be no desire to get better or even understand why they were losing business.
I will be going to any other place to get wings. So disappointed in a restaurant I...
Read moreThis is the third time we’ve been here. If you don’t want to wait an hour and a half you might want to find other wings. I worked in service for a decade. I’m not mad at the employees. I know only so many baskets can be dropped at a time. I also realize that if i want wings on a Saturday i need to be willing to wait without complaining. The problem is, you have to stop telling people the wait time is 45 minutes when it’s going to be an hour and a half minimum. If we are willing to wait 45 min that’s a long time and we are ok with it. But when we wait an hour and a half consistently that’s ridiculous. And every time your seating area is full of angry people who’ve been here an hour and being told “25 more minutes”……. While people walking in are being told 10-30 min when it’s obviously not. Nothing makes people more angry than sitting around for an hour and a half for a tray of chicken. Your poor register employees are having to give away brownies and trying to keep customers and their children happy because they’re young kids dealing with mad adults. Good life skill training? Sure. Necessary so often? Probably not. We love wingstop and before moving here we waited our 40 minutes….. but since moving here…. Our wingstop days are going to have to be over unless we try a random weekday not...
