Mariachi's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Berea

Me, my daughter and her friend entered the restaurant on Friday 2/3/2023 at 9. We walked in the door and he was staring at his watch. I said are you closed cause when we looked your hours up it says you close at 10. He ask us to take to go and I said well do we not have enough time. He grabbed 2 menus, cause I wasn’t eating just my 12 years old girls. And said hurry fast order real fast. I was like wow just couldn’t believe how rude we was being treated. He explains there’s only 3 guest and us in the restaurant and they close early. I get my check just hand him my card without looking. At the check. He only gives me the credit card receipt and it was $40 bucks. When I questioned the charges the man got really angry. The girls got rice and chicken and a side of cheese sauce. We was overcharged and he tells me I don’t get out much and talks to me horribly. It was an awful experience. This man was rude and overcharged us cause he was mad we decided to dine in. After several years of being away from Berea, I moved back and took my Mother to eat there. Her meal choices are limited so we went with grilled cheese and fries. I ordered a Quesadilla Con Cameron with rice & a bowl of guacamole for the chips. The rice was okay, the guacamole was bland as was the quesadilla...I could not eat it and when asked how was my meal, I did tell the waiter I was disappointed by the flavor or lack of. English was a barrier as he didn't seem to understand my complaint and gave me my ticket. We exited toward the cashier, who also asked how was our meal...I shared my thoughts with her as well. Worst Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to. The owner was my server and she was so so rude. I ordered a number 2 off the lunch menu which was supposed to be like 8.99, I get my food and it’s the total opposite of what I ordered. I told the server owner that I did not order this, that I ordered a number two, asked her to take this food back and bring me what I actually ordered and she got hateful saying that ‘we’re not wasting food around here’ pretty much said that’s too bad.
