The service here is terrible as of late. These college kids are getting out of hand! We called on a Saturday evening 2 hrs before closing, they were fully staffed, the girl that answered was speaking completely unprofessional on the phone while we’re trying to order - doesn’t ask for a name, address, form of payment and just sounds plain rude but she did say it would be an hour and then hangs up. My husband drove there himself right after and witnessed a girl eating while making somebody’s sandwich, the delivery guy leaving with 1 order (we were told it would be an hour to deliver our order before she hung up and we’re literally around the corner) and all of the rest of the staff just having the time of their life congregating in the back while my husband - a customer that always tips well was intruding on their time 😆. Needless to say my husband was back with the food in less than 15 minutes but that’s probably the last time we’re ordering from here. This place clearly needs to be...
Read moreI had a hard time giving this review. We used to love our neighborhood Romeo's and their pepperoni pizza was one of my favorite things. I watched the original guys on TV in pizza competitions. Their pizza cost more than others and the deals aren't usually as good, but the pizza was so delicious, fresh, and we'll made that I didn't even care.
But something has changed in this location over the past couple of years. There is always "something" wrong with the pizza. It's made sloppily or it's overcooked (especially if it's thin crust) or it doesn't taste quite like it usually does. Maybe the owner is using cheaper or artificial ingredients? Maybe the employees just don't care anymore?
Also the website and app don't work together. So if I order from my PC, I can't login for points. And the app is probably one of the worst, convoluted pizza apps I've ever used....
Read moreUsually my go to pizza place, well not anymore. Went in, got pizza and noticed not a single employee handling food was wearing gloves. The employee who is in charge of putting the pizza and breadsticks in boxes should be wearing gloves. I watched as he placed the breadsticks and move a couple with his bare hands. Didn't even bother to put gloves on. He's the last person to touch a customer's food and I witnessed him touching everything from food spoons, touching the front computer and even touching another customer's money. Money, the dirtiest thing next to a cell phone and he didn't bother sanitizing his hands. Just went right back to work. I find that disgusting and HIGHLY unsanitary. Especially with COVID-19 going around. This should be brought to attention immediately.
I will not be sending my contact info to you. I doubt anything...
