Ice cream is pretty good. Service can be hit or miss. I came on Sunday, 4-21 and the brown guy was mad I asked for a cover for my mom's scoop. I dont know why it mattered to the kid. How bizarre

Another day, they had a promotion. I grabbed one pint from the freezer. The black girl at the front couldn't turn and check me out for the one pint. I get they're kids but come on. I didnt need to try anything or get scoops. Make the process efficient and teach those toddlers about customer service.

Response: I think you have me confused with someone else. She didn't say 1 word to me or even acknowledge me and the other couple that grabbed pints. Do not come on here and lie. I don't know what her issue was , but clearly it stems from you. Each time I have bought a pint, I've never been told to join the line to checkout. If she had turned to me and said that it was a new rule or if I had to, I would have with no problem. But she didn't. She acted as if I wasn't there. I didn't say a word to her for 10 minutes as I stood there. And the fact that it took you months to respond is something. Practice the respect you are demanding from people. And at least come with the facts. Not lies about an interaction that didn't even happen. Try again. You don't have to worry about me because I will not be coming back or referring anyone else to your horrible business and its practices. What a shame.

For those reading, avoid this place at all costs. When there is an issue, they will come to the review to make up lies or mix you up with someone else. Pay attention to the other negative reviews because I would bet they are 100%...

francy’s is my absolute favorite ice cream shop, i recommend it to every filipino i meet across the country. me, my friends, and my family have been patrons here since the very beginning, always happy to visit. if you arent familiar with filipino flavors, please try the ube cheese w craquantes! nothing better :-) and when its there, also order the forbidden black sesame!

i wanted to share some thoughts in a review. i noticed the past few times i’ve visited they scale the ice cream and give a smaller serving than in the past. the difference was a little surprising at first. additionally, the point system has steepened, increasing from i believe 60 to 70 to 80 points for a reward. i understand the need to adjust for inflation, but i would love to see a discount day, a special social media promotion, or another loyalty system!!! i’m a full time student, so the price is getting a bit out of my budget for as much as i like to frequent :’)

edit, 7/16/24: i noticed even at bigger name/high-end ice cream shops like van leeuwen in the city even have a better value nowadays. hope this can change in the future, i always saw francy’s as a homey, family friendly spot.

Went a on lil ice cream date with my wife wanted to go somewhere we haven’t been before. Saw Francy’s on TikTok and was instantly sold🤩. We went on Tuesday evening and wasn’t packed at all which is calm since it was only really like 60 sum degrees outside but they have multiple flavors as well as seasonal flavors so be on the look out for specials but my favorite was the Ube Cheese & Craquantes and Matcha Cookies & Cream. Absolutely jaw dropping and packs a punch of flavor and sweetness not overwhelming just enough to make u say “I deserve this”🤣🤣🤣. Big S/O to our host/server Kat, she was super sweet and caring and very attentive to what we wanted and gave lil history on the flavors and personal recommendations. She didn’t rush us as I was indecisive on what to get since I really only get chocolate flavor ice creams but she helped me get out my comfort zones so THANK YOUUUU Kat🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾.
