Schiano's Pizza — Restaurant in Berkeley Township

Ordered a chicken caesar salad and a cheesesteak with peppers, onions, and hot peppers. I picked it up, got home, and realized that they forgot the chicken. My wife starting eating her Cheesesteak and realized that they forgot the hot peppers. This isn’t the first problem I’ve had there either. I ordered a fatcat one time which wasn’t on the menu. The gentleman there was willing to make it for me and charged me a reasonable price on par with other sandwiches on the menu. I went back at a later date and orders another one with a girl there and they charged me over $18! I won’t be ordering from here anymore especially since there are better options in the area. Update: I called them and they sent someone with the peppers and chicken. I open the bag and there was one small chicken breast. I ordered the large salad. The medium one usually has more chicken than this. I called back and said to credit my card. Instead of taking it off the bill she asked to credit $5 which is the difference between the two sizes in the form of a credit for next time. Told her there won’t be a next time. Didn’t even seem to care to make it right. Eat here at your own risk.

Update: I do appreciate the response from the owner, but I did not order a fat cat with chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks. It was only the sandwich with 2 burger patties and French fries. So if that $18 dollar price tag should have included what you say I was charged for then I never...

BEWARE! I was a loyal customer until yesterday. Picked up an order paid 1/2 cash and told them to put the difference on my card. Later that night around their closing time I get an alert from my bank that my card was just used at schiano’s . I immediately called to verify . After 20 minutes of denials and me repeatedly telling them my bank alerts me for every transaction .. finally the woman tells me “well you were undercharged” so I had to change the card amount. FYI Schiano’s you are not suppose to store customers credit card Info and you are ABSOLUTELY NOT supposed to make an unauthorized charge on a customers card! The proper and respectful thing to do is contact the customer and if you can not reach them you need to take the responsibility for your mistake! Just HORRIBLE! Schiano’s : “ get away with being under charged” LOL most definitely NOT the case, and most definitely not at all accurate. I did not order mozzarella sticks and you absolutely denied charging my card and you should notify your customers before doing so. I will gladly upload my banks transaction alert. Ordered a pizza and asked the price on the phone and then re confirmed the price and they charged me $10 more than what they said. Then when I explained what happened they said they would only take like $3 off because they said that any less they wouldn’t profit as if that’s my problem that they messed up. Can’t take responsibility for their mistake and won’t make it right. In what world do you mess up and not make it right because you won’t profit off that transaction like they screw up and now I get punished? That’s not how the world works, the morals here are backwards and it shows they will cross any boundaries so long if they make money. That means to me that if they drop food on the ground that they probably sell it anyhow because they “won’t profit by throwing it out”. They also were ok with me not taking it as if no money for it is better than some if they are so worried about profiting. Terrible management. I’m sure the place will go under soon if they are that worried about loosing $10 on a pizza to a fairly regular customer. No other pizza place in Bayville...
