I was so disappointed this morning from the way they treated me at this location after Messing with my order. I ordered online one dozen bagels for the teachers appreciation week and I put notification that I have to pick it up at 8am so I can be on time for School to drop it off and on time for work. Unfortunately I went there My order wasn’t ready they made me wait because ( they couldn’t find my order) That’s what they said even though I have the order number on my phone and my transaction in my bank account that I showed to them and after 15 minutes waiting One of the Employee grabbed one box that was ready for someone else and she put it on on the table she said there you go pick your deep and that’s it. Read moreOkay bagels, good service. What I hate the most is that about 5 out of 12 bagels are full of air like cream puffs. Just a bagel shell. See attached picture. If you look at it carefully, each half comes from four different bagels, rather than two bagels cut in half. That's just not much substance when a decent bagel should be denser.
